HOW TO INSERT FLASH MOVIES INTO POWERPOINT SLIDES

STEPS

Before you do this, make sure FLASH PLAYER is installed.
* 1st and foremost, Open the presentation in which u want to insert a flash movie
Now click on "TOOLBAR" option
4rm the "VIEW" menu and choose the option title "CONTROL TOOLBOX", Here, a small floating menu will appear wif the Title "CONTROL TOOLBOX"
Using 'Control Toolbox' toolbar, Click on the icon that looks like hammer for more Controls and scroll the objects then choose the object "SHOCKWAVE FLASH OBJECT"
Now using your mouse pointer, draw the size and position where you want to play a Flash movie.
Now right click on the box and select "PROPERTIES" option.

A small Properties box wil appear wif different options.
Under the Alphabetical tab, click the Option "MOVIE" and type the full path of Flash movie in the blank cell next to movie.
Again under same Tab, set the property "true" for "PLAYING" and "EMBED MOVIE" objects to add and play the Flash file automatically with slide. Here u can also set the quality, width, scale and window mode objects for flash file.
Finally, close the "PROPERTIES" dialog box, Save ur Powerpoint Presentation and run it for a test and see..

Disabling Content From Picassa
From your android smartphone:
1. Tap on
Gallery
2. Click on the Menu button to show a list of options
3. Choose
Content to Display
4. Uncheck the Content from Picassa option.
5. Visit Google+ from your PC to remove the photos
from your Google plus account. With "content from
picassa" disabled in your gallery, your new photos
will not be auto backed up and you should no longer
see the photos.
Clear Backup Auto Data From Google Plus
1. Visit Google+ from your computer
2. Delete all the photos you do not want.
3. Navigate to
Settings.
4. Choose Apps from the settings menu.
5. Near the top of the page where there are sections
for 'Downloaded', 'Running', 'All', Choose
All (you
may have to swipe left to see it).
6. Under the menu items for All, choose
Gallery, then
choose Force stop, then choose Clear data.

- Adams called on south-west governors and traditional rulers to call the Olugbo of Ugbo kingdom to order

The Aare Onakakanfo of Yorubaland, Iba Gani Adams has called on south-west governors and traditional rulers to call the Olugbo of Ugbo kingdom, Oba Fredrick Obateru Akinruntan to order.

Adams was reacting to the alleged installation some Yoruba Obas in diaspora by Oba Akinruntan in Ugboland.

In a statement sent to Legit.ng on Monday, April 29, the revered Yoruba leader described Oba Akinruntan's action as, “a desecration of Yoruba culture and tradition.”

Part of the statement read: “As the Aare Ona Kakanfo of Yorubaland, I swore during my installation in January 2018, to always protect the name and project the image of Yorubaland. That is exactly the purpose of my intervention at this moment.

“What Akinruntan did (he was even arrogant about it by referring to himself as the number one king in Yorubaland) is a complete desecration of our culture, tradition and value and I urge south-west governors, especially Governor Rotimi Akeredolu of Ondo state, and Yoruba monarchs to please call him to order immediately before it is too late.

“This impudence is fraudulent, a clear and present danger that can destroy our tradition if something urgent is not done immediately.

“What Olugbo did, he did it single-handedly, against the wishes of all the Yoruba Obas in Nigeria as a whole.
“A good example of this historical hiatus happened not long ago, when some surrogates came from France, asking the Oluwo of Iwo land, Oba Abdul Rasheed Akanbi to install them as a Yoruba Oba in France.
“But rather than toeing the path to perdition as Olugbo just did, the Iwo monarch resisted, saying he will never go against the wishes of the Yoruba Obas.

Oba AbdulRasheed Akanbi knew what was right from what was wrong. As a royal father, he does not want to go to Golgotha.”

He warned that no one has the audacity to distort Yoruba history, stressing that the culture is rich in all ramifications
According to him, in Yoruba history, Ile Ife remains the cradle of the people's existence, with over 99 percent of the race migrating from Ile Ife.

He added that apart from Ile Ife, Oyo has always been a foremost institution in Yorubaland, with Oranmiyan being the great progenitor. The two ancient towns, he said, occupy the most prominent position in Yoruba history and not Ugbo land.

“As the Aare Ona Kakanfo of Yorubaland, I want to tell Akinruntan that he only crowned these characters as chiefs in his domain, not as Yoruba Obas in the diaspora, because he doesn't have the power. It is fraudulent, it is an affront on our history and we will not allow anybody to distort our history.

“In the same vein, I think all the socio cultural groups in Yoruba land, including Afenifere, Yoruba Council of Elders, Yoruba Unity Forum and other notable groups in the south-west should raise their voices against such fraud. It is our responsibilities to protect our history, and put our records straight.
“More importantly, I will like to tell some of the professors Olugbo is using to desecrate the traditional institutions to desist from such acts as that can later hunt them in the future.

“I want to tell Akinruntan that nobody can buy the Yoruba, at home and abroad.You cannot gain respect by attacking other Obas, especially those senior to you,” he concluded.

In the ranking table published on the website of the world football governing body on Thursday, Nigeria garnered 1431 points as against 1415 it had in September.
The movement has now placed Nigeria as the third in Africa behind Tunisia and Senegal.
The News Agency of Nigeria recalls that it was during this period that the Eagles thrashed Libya 4-0 (home) and 3-2 (away) in the African Cup of Nations qualifiers.
Tunisia is ranked 22nd in the world and Senegal 25th. Congo DR (ranked 46th and Morocco(47th) are the other African countries among the top 50.

Peter Okoye, better known as Mr. P, who said many people doubted he would be successful when he exited P-square, has spoken out on how he may reunite with his brother.

While speaking in an interview with Hot 93.3Fm, Ghana, one half of the disbanded P-square music group, Peter Okoye, popularly known as Mr.P, opened up on the condition under which he might reunite with his brother, Paul Okoye, on stage.

In a reaction on the the possibility of a P-Square reunion, Mr. P, said, "Even if that (a reunion) will happen, let it happen with respect, it is not just about the music, there was family before the music and I stand for the Okoyes.

“I shouldn’t be P-Square and be unhappy, if it must happen, it must be with respect”, he said.

Peter who also spoke on the comments that followed his separation with his brother, said;

"When P-Square broke up, People were like, are you sure you can do this all alone, can he make it?

“No, I am not making it, I have done it, I have been killing it, all sold out, just this year alone, I have done like 60 ‘something’ concerts, all sold out, I am blessed.

“Most people actually doubted me, but I know myself, I know what I bring to the table, I am just happy doing what I am doing, there are some things I wasn’t entitled to do as a member of the group, but now I am a boss of myself’.”

Mr. P who also touched on his music and life as a solo artist said, ”You have heard, Look In My Eyes, you have heard, My Way and Cool It Down. All these are my mini music video singles, Ebeano is my first official single as Mr P’.”

Reacting to allegations of illegal music sampling levelled against him by an upcoming singer, Henry Knight, he said: ”When this kind of thing happens, some people just jump into conclusion.

"I think people need to be educated on this issue…there is a different thing, if it is the beat, or if it is a statement in the song, there is only so much you can use of it.”

Since going solo, critics have described him as an upcoming artiste and Mr P said he cannot be bothered. Instead, he encouraged people to leave their ‘comfort zones’ when striving for success.

”I made up my mind I wanted to start afresh, I left a P-Square who had over a million YouTube subscribers to start my own…I am not afraid to start afresh… I have moved on, I love it.”

On if he has plans to work with younger talents, ”I am an open person, as long as the song is good, why not? I am actually considering doing that”.

Former United States professional wrestling superstar, Leon White popularly known in WWE World as Van Vader by his fans, has passed away at aged 63.

Former WWE, WCW, All Japan Pro-Wrestling and New Japan Pro-Wrestling star, Leon White, best known as Vader during his time in the world of professional wrestling, has died on Monday at the age of 63, ESPN reports.

In series of tweets posted on Wednesday morning, one of White's children said his father died of heart failure after battling pneumonia over the past month. White, who had a variety of heart issues in recent months, had open-heart surgery in late March.

As Vader, White spent more than 30 years in professional wrestling with one of the most iconic looks in the history of the business - a red and black singlet, and a mask of thin strips of red and black leather that made up a menacing webbing.

White first found success wrestling in Japan, where he became IWGP heavyweight champion in New Japan Pro Wrestling in the late '80s.

The Los Angeles native entered the United States wrestling picture in 1990 for WCW, where he also became a world champion, and eventually moved on to WWE (then known as the WWF) in 1996.

He later performed for All Japan Pro Wrestling and won its top title, and continued performing in the ring until as recently as April 2017.

Before his career in pro wrestling, White was a two-time All-American center at the University of Colorado and was drafted by the Los Angeles Rams in the third round of the 1978 NFL draft.

He was a part of the Rams' Super Bowl XIV roster before knee problems brought his NFL career to an end.

White's popularity stretched beyond the ring as well, with television appearances on 1990s hits "Baywatch" and "Boy Meets World" among his credits.

In what will come across as a really shocking development, a man has ended up getting crushed to death by his mother's coffin during her burial.

The coffin begins to fall as onlookers scream at the funeral in Indonesia

An Indonesian man was killed when his mother's coffin fell from a funeral tower and crushed him during a service on the island of Sulawesi.

Samen Kondorura, 40, died when pallbearers lost their footing carrying the coffin up a bamboo ladder in the Parinding valley in North Toraja district.

The casket fell as the group hoisted it onto a lakkian - an ornately carved tower where the dead are placed before elaborate traditional funeral rites.

'As the mother's coffin was being raised to the lakkian, suddenly the ladder shifted and collapsed, the coffin fell and hit the victim,' Julianto Sirait, chief commissioner of the Tana Toraja resort police, told AFP.

Graphic video from the scene shows the ladder slip just as the casket enters the tower, sending the men tumbling several metres to the ground where the victim is crushed by the coffin.

Horrified onlookers rush to the men's aid but Kondorura died later in hospital.

Sirait said the accident happened because the ladder was not properly reinforced but the family has declined to press charges.

The body of Kondorura is now resting alongside his mother Berta, he added.

When ethnic Torajans die, local residents hold elaborate funerals that can last for days and involve music, dance and the sacrifice of water buffalo.
