BetOracle: The draws bring out 10 numbers, the first 5 is winning numbers. u'll be paid if ur number is among d first 5. The next 5 is machine number, u WILL NOT be paid with this. (Its like they are saying try again, u're almost close). Buh the machine numbers aids in forecasting for those who know how to.
Thank u

Obiagu1: ... and what is the difference?

This Isu/Isuama is getting more complicated everyday.
you can find Isu in Nwangele LGA. Isuama is in another place.

Andre Uweh: Please, lets stick to the topic. All this it is not neccessarily Igbo this and that has to stop now. Some people chat as if there is a particular group called Igbo.
Stick to the topic and do not derail this beautiful thread.
I wonder my dear brother! Igbo wu otu biko nu.

Abagworo: I stumbled upon a book by Catherine Acholonu which describes her area as Isu district and also in the facebook page of some people like Isiekenesi(Ideato), Okohia, Umuakha they acknowledged being a part of the Isuama country. I've been busy browsing since morning for any information on the Isuama and Isu. The Orsu is not Isu as I erroneously thought.

I want u to also know that Isu is different from Isuama.

some-girl:
Anambra and delta dialects aren't central igbo written or spoken.
I think the fact that anambra dialects are used in the majority of igbo movies has confused some.
I can hardly follow asaba or onitsha igbo biko unu
U are very correct! Thought i can understand other igbo clans much well. They are not the same. Written Igbo is from Imo but i do not really know what people refer as spoken Igbo because i do understand anything Igbo.

CultureRe: Yoruba Girls Can't Cook by MrMandilas: 8:26am On Jun 10, 2012
ijib: I have been privileged to live in both the south west and south east zones of the country. Dishes differ but generally speaking, I'd rather pick a yoruba woman's dish over an igbo woman's dish. In my opinion, yoruba women cook better than igbo women. I'm not from either tribes. I'm proudly South-South! Omo Calabar!!! smiley
#just saying# tongue grin
Do not lie to impress anyone. Do not claim to another tribe to post on nairaland. Omi obe is no soup. My younger brother married a yoruba from Ibadan, Oyo state. Mixing Omi obe and ewedu is her best. She has to come home to Imo state to learn from my sister to keep her marriage because my brother alway go out to eat. No Calabar man prefer omi obe to edikaikun or Afan soup if u know what i mean!

babytoun: saying it this harsh will sure , get you some knocks. The SE, and SS seem to have so much variety that when their guys pair up with someone from SW, the cooking/meals might not be really exciting at first. Sure a yoruba girl that wants to keep her home would have to learn the different "ofes" that Igbos cherish.

The key is love. The guy learns to put up with what she knows how to prepare at first and the lady learns how to prepare what the girl likes. In the end everyone is happy.
i can't marry any woman that cannot cook out of love never!
PoliticsRe: Osun Declares June 12 As Democracy Day by MrMandilas: 8:05am On Jun 10, 2012
PeterKbaba: JUNE 12 is what democracy should be about in Nigeria and not may 29 that the hausa PDP rigged election for Obj to enter
maybe i should let u know that Abiola did not die fighting for democracy in N9ja. He died a greedy man. Most coups and counter coups in Nigeria was sponsored by Abiola. He even financed and sponsored the coup that brought IBB to power. He has blood on his hands. Let us stop saying things that are not to be. If Abiola had listened to Simbiat, he will still alive. He died a greedy man! Trying to rule he shed so much blood.
