He gave fee health care to the young and elderly, he put adequate security in place, he made Lagos the envy of other state and many state were using Lagos as a reference point of good governance..... How many people used obinna's anambra as a reference point of good governance?

His successor whom he imposed on anambra even opened a van of worms concerning him. How there was insecurity in the state, no proper infrastructures and how the money he claimed to have kept in the bank was withdrawn by those he had already issued cheques to when leaving office... His successor who happens to be his godson couldn't have known him less.
