What I expected was for you to respond with Asiwaju's legacy in education, let's compare.
Many are educated today because if asiwaju, he gave free forms for students to write WAEC, people from all the geopolitical zones of the country benefitted from it not lagosians alone. He rebuilt schools and modernised them, he never increased higher institution fees like obi and never owed teachers like obi did..... Till today his legacy remains all through Lagos... Where obinna's legacy?
Asiwaju contributed a lot to health services too, he created ambulance points for emergencies, doctors were duly and promptly paid. Under obi, doctors went on strike for over a year, he increased higher institution fees and said education is not for the poor. He never did anything in the educational sector, all these laptop and computer you claim he disbursed are fake news... Nobody has come out to say he/she benefitted from such under his government. Many people have testified to asiwaju government's impact in their lives
Obinna's legacy in education is nowhere to be found, nothing of his government can be pointed at today, in other words he left no legacy behind....

A football club that has always failed in their objectives for the past 20years... That's how Atiku has been failing in his objectives too, as his club of choice will fail to achieve their goal of a first title in years this season so shall he fail in his ambition to rule this country this time around also

It has never happened in the western world where democratic rule is thriving
It shows they have skeletons in their cupboards, they are suppose to be the ones one the citizen's side but due to their selfish interest and nonchalant attitudes towards the well-being of the common Nigerian they are supporting a policy that is bringing hardship upon the people... Even the APC presidential aspirant is opposed to this crazy policy, only selfish, crazy lots would be in support of a policy causing unrest and self inflicted hardship in the country

Can we all agree that Tinubu cannot win even a Course Rep election without bribery and vote-buying..and he represents nothing free and fair?
You are the biggest fool of this generation, your mumu sense is so used to suffering that anything to bring peace and convenience to you will become strange to you... Do you think the so-called policy affects top politicians, how many if these top politicians have you seen queuing at the banks?
The ordinary citizens are the ones feeling the brunt if the policy, even emefiele himself and his family wouldn't feel the harshness of the policy. But an average Nigerian whose daily bread is earned on the streets keeps suffering and gullible people like you remain sentimental about it. How many politicians have you seen on the street protesting against it?
The best they canto is condemn it from the comfort of their homes/offices but the average Nigerian is on the street fighting against this killer policy. Why can't you be sensible for once and think like a normal human being should?

Nice one, until they have enough to give in return to what we are giving them we should keep spending the naira notes at our disposal to avoid suffering. The crazy fellows who introduced the crazy policy are not affected by it, they are already out of the country enjoying themselves wherever they are, instead of destroying public properties meant to better and ease our daily affairs we should keep spending our naira notes by so doing, we are respecting the rule of law an the supreme court order....

Swapping is a bargain, if we follow our own side of the bargain why is the government refusing to follow theirs?

It should be a matter of give and take, when we five we should take but we are giving and they are telling us they don't have enough to give back, that's daylight cheating.... If they don't have enough to give back to us then we should keep what we have and make use of it till when they he enough to give in return.... Any well meaning Nigerian would follow the supreme court order that says the naira remains a legal tendency. You said you have new note that we rarely see, are the new notes meant to be kept or spent?
.
If we truly love ourselves and do not wish to suffer, we should keep spending the naira notes available at our disposal

Same Buhari has always been disregarding court order and on none of those occasions did this midget and other APC members call him to order. The only reason why they're crying like bush babies is because this policy affects them directly. I'm sure you know this
Think straight my friend, this crazy policy affects no politician only the poor citizens suffer. Have you ever seen a politician que at any bank for transaction purpose?

They deal with the managers directly, any amount they need is brought to them on the manager's orders. Been if they should change the note a million times, whatever money they need will be brought to them. So how does it affect them?

Technology has made things easier, moving money has become easy, there are many untraceable wallets that money could be transferred to and used for whatever purpose they wish to. By the average Nigerian man who earn his daily bread on the streets would suffer the brunt of the policy more than any politician would

What El Rufai did was an open defiance to the president's order, he also encouraged citizens to defy their president, this may be tantamount to declaring a war against the president which is treasonable.

The punishment for treason is death.
The president disregarding the order if the law court is tantamount to what?

The judiciary is an independent arm of the government whose orders should be respected by all and sundary... The executive us not independent, it works in collaboration with the legislative arm but the judiciary is independent. In every sane nation the order if the court us respected by all why should our own be different?

PoliticsRe: “Supreme Court Order” Versus “Presidential Address”: Which One Supersedes? by Mrmb: 7:15am On Feb 17, 2023
AfricanColumbus:
Nothing supercedes a presidential executive order. It can only be revoked by the president himself if it is deemed to be grossly unconstitutional.

Presidential executive orders are final.

For the number 3 question, the executive and judiciary are equal, but the head of the executive (president) supercedes all in the land.
Before you say all these, you get to know each arm's duties. The judicial arm of government is to interpret and apply the law.... It is very clear here, the executive makes policies and enforces the law. So which one get power pass?

Someone that tells you what the law means and put it in place or person wey go bring an idea and consult with the legislative arm to legalise it. And if you go against it your case would end up with the judicial arm to tell you what the law says and doll out any punishment under it... Definitely the judiciary has the greater powers.

You don't go against presidential orders, it is not constitutional. The supreme court does not have all power to itself
The executive arm of government has right to challenge the orders of the judiciary. The only corridor open to challenge such orders is appealing via the same judigiary against its ruling.... In any case, the supreme court has the final say... They are the interpreters and implementers of the law... To hell with the executive challenging such authorities BT disregarding it's order. When you don't understand the law, you don't publicly come out to the world to embarrass yourself by saying what is wrong.... Go and find out more about the duties of each arm of government then you will know who went against the constitution
