14 Years later, we are still using the same unsuccessful point -and-kill methods to handle the Biafran issue. It is not every time a child cries you beat the child to silence such child. Sometimes, you emphatise, sometimes you listen, sometimes you ignore, sometimes you talk and reason with the child.

Biafra is presently the biggest political and economic franchise in the SE and unfortunately, it's led by questionable characters. Uwazuruike started Massob while living a single room in Ijeshatedo, Lagos. Today, he's a multi billionaire. Kanu didn't have a verifiable means of livelihood in the UK and lives in his father's house here in Nigeria.

We need to revaluate the approach that throws up charlatans like Uwazuruike and Kanu to lead the struggle and grow fat from the proceeds while the average Biafran suffers.

The army can kill a hundred Uwazurikes and a thousand Kanus but the question of Biafra remains and it's a valid one. Time would not heal this wound it would only make it fester. Only truth can heal it.

That is the same Judge who refused to be intimidated and was retired instead of being allowed to continue as President of the Court of Appeal. As President of the Court of Appeal, Presidential election petitions came to his court and he as President sat over those petitions.

To avoid his seating over the election petition, he was prematurely promoted to the Supreme Court (with the intention that he would be demoted to the Court of Appeal after the election petition). When he refused the shady promotion, he was compulsorily retired.

OP, I don't have time for long stories and winding tales.

1. In practice, there is no way you can get your Certificate of Occupancy in Lagos within 3 months. Don't mislead people.

2. Posting the details of that poster is very unprofessional and despicable. That singular act shows that you're not a lawyer or have knowledge of legal matters. Even Nairaland prohibits an act such as this, pls delete it.

3. If you're reluctant to provide an ordinary Survey plan to a prospective client, how would you go further to process the C of O within your advertised time frame of "90 days"?

4. You didn't state the present status and title of the land. Is it freehold, under acquisition, etc?

5. Don't argue with clients online. It never helps your business. Answer their questions honestly and truthfully and they'll do business with you.
