If I did get it right ; the original video was supposed to be an hour long, I saw ten minutes of it and can only but question the source of the information linking these whole thing to ABSU. Fellow Nigerians: I have argued this point in the past at every circle and level. For any Nation to function normally; it is irresistible for her to identify her citizens. As this will go a long way to aid planing, budgeting and above all maintain stable security.
