The effective communication and business writing test is simple. Just learn how to write memo and essay. There will also be ambiguity test, sentence correction etc. Questions on meaning of some words like pretext etc will be asked. Learn how to write the correct spelling of social media words like d, dat, dose, nd etc.

They want to test your understanding of English so if you are good with it, you have no problem cool. Best of luck in your test.

BTW: When will sterling bank call me for interview? undecided
thanks bro, i sent u pm so dat i can ask some questions if u wouldnt mind pls

Kaka22, has sed it all. At diz stage, u definitely wont be askd for ur credentials...jst a means of identification. At d interview is wen ur credentials will be required and irrespective of wot u av in ur waec result...i'd advice u to take it along...reason bin dt it carries ur date of birth and i tink dey check dt to attest to wot ur real birth certificate says. #All d best.
thank u very much my boss, i dnt even hav waec at all, never sat for it thats d problem, and if i knw neco wil nt be considered during interview/documentation, then no need wasting t.p for communication skill test

Politics / Re: #letsblamegej Now Trending On Twitter (pics) by MrSocrate(m): 9:22am On Dec 22, 2015
Its 9:22am and no breakfast yet, #Iblamegej, This is my first comment about APC since March 2015 election coz i decided to see how the then opposition party, now the ruling party would perform, Honestly (Lie) Lai Mohammed is making mockery of himself and the entire APC family, perhap he is used to blaming PDP and GEJ in the past so consciously and subconsciously he will still blame PDP even in the next four years should Pres. fail to meet the demands of the citizens. 'Lie' Mohammed is no different from a pig. When Barack Obama was sworn in,during his first tenure, USA economy was in shamble coz Pres. Bush fought war and nearly collapsed the economy, Obama however did not blame Bush but came up with a stimulus economic plan that re-awaken the economy. This is a leader with idea and will to prove he is capable. Lie Mohammed should stop this rubbish and encourage Mr. Pres and the minister of petroluem to act proactively. #EnoughisEnough

I keep wondering the modus operandi Workforce uses in selecting their candidates, I wrote a PBT test with them @ Lagos on the 24th of November when some other sets were preparing for the effective communication test. Till now, I haven't received any mail from them either success or regret, it's such a pity that even an organised organisation like workforce can err in such professional conduct. Well, na siddon look I dey
same with me o,wrote in Abuja since then no success or regret mail

Culture / Re: If You Don't Have 500,000naira, You CANT Marry From Nsukka (pic Proof) by MrSocrate(m): 5:33pm On Nov 21, 2015
OP,what do you gain from this blackmail? So what you are saying is that on average, every Nsukka youth ( ie a potential husband) worth #1m ? Which part of Nsukka are u talking about?bcoz am frm Nsukka. Marriage in Nsukka is highly negotiable, you can marry Nsukka girl with any amount ok so dont blackmail us and pls dont discourage those that wish to marry from Nsukka . I have sisters who married with my parents blessings at a cost less than 100k and some yet to marry,so if you want an elaborate wedding or marriage celebration that one na your cup of tea. But for Nsukka people, we are neither cheap nor expensive. It depends on how the suitor wants it. You can contact me to lead you if u hav interest in marrying from Nsukka, guys pls dnt mind the OP.
