JohnSamuel35:
You are wrong. That's take home pay. Means Feeding + Health Welfare + 25,000 Take home pay = 50,000 Naira per month for the first three months

From the fourth month it increases steadily till the worker earns 80,000 - 120,000 Naira per month

As the project grows, workers on the project also grows. As we build the project every three months, I scale-up the salary. This is to prevent shock from unexpected policies that can affect our business development funds. Example the naira design affected two of our investors who pulled out.

You know the only way you can grow in business and attract serious minded people is to be sincere first with yourself and then to others.

I have said the much I can

Romans 8:14-17

In this season it can never be over emphasize on the leading of the spirit. Gone are the days you rely on your interlect and wisdom to achieve notable result.

one of the sensitivity you must have in the spirit is in the knowing of the workings of God in your life and ensuring it multiplys and also know the workings of the devil so as to align back to God.

When you start experiencing pain and ill health it is a sign you are under attack. If you start experiencing favour it is a sign you are on the path of God.

Your reign in this kingdom depends on your hearing of the voice of God and obeying the leading of the spirit.

The wisdom of God must bring about the result of God. Lean not on your own understanding and wisdom the Bible says. And in they getting get wisdom, get understanding. Get knowledge of God and understand his ways.

Happy Sunday brethren.

Did you people see protest or much complain coming from the nort? We are our brothers keepers thats the story.

Thats whats this election is suppose to be. Nobody should impose anything on anybody, whatever choice we make we are still Nigerians.

If we get it right even the wrong will benefit, if we get it wrong even the right will suffer too. Let's just hope and pray for the best whatever be the agenda of any candidate let us pray it favours us all. Election will come and go, our relationship should not be sacrificed for this people with track record of betrayal.

Very mad people everywhere

dairying, also called dairy farming, branch of agriculture that encompasses the breeding, raising, and utilization of dairy animals, primarily cows, for the production of milk and the various dairy products processed from it.

Why produce milk?

By definition, it’s a nutrient-rich fluid that female mammals produce to feed their young.
The most commonly consumed types come from cows, sheep and goats.
Western countries drink cow’s milk most frequently.
Milk has been enjoyed throughout the world for thousands of years.

Dairy farming opportunities in Nigeria.

Current milk production does not meet the market demand of 1.45 billion litres per annum. And this is as a result of the local breed of cattle with low milk yielding capacity, grazing and poor management of the cattle herd by herders who 95percent owners of the total cattle in Nigeria.

The dairy industry remain untapped in Nigeria due to the large deficit of milk demand.
The industry will thrive and grow with proper management and good breeding service through research.

Pasture establishment – is a pasture where grasses and legumes are carefully grown and cultivated and fed to farm animals or sold to farmers.

Pasture establishment for commercial purpose is one aspect of livestock that remains untapped in Nigeria.
You don't necessarily have to keep cattles, rams and goat before you establish Pasture. When you plant this seeds that are good for large ruminant consumption you can harvest and sell to cattle owners thereby making for yourself a source of income.

Pasture establishment is a one time planting and the rest that follows is the management for continuity.

Importance of Pasture establishment

- its a source of income
- it allows cattle owners to embrace ranching
- no spread of disease due to nomadic activity
- the ability to provide quality and nutrition feed for your animal all season through.

Why should you venture into Pasture establishment?
With the federal government proposal of zero grazing policy, Pasture farmers will be the go to in terms of hay for their animals.

Do you have a land with a suitable soil and you are looking at a one time planting and continuous harvest and profit making then choose Pasture farming.

A man who receives the nude of his wife and sees it in anothers man phone or a wife who receives the nude of her husband and finds it on another woman's phone, that explanation will never be accepted.

Best is not to send nudes at all. The world is a dark place and the devil always takes advantage of our mistakes due to ignorance.
