THE PROBLEM NOW IS THAT I AM EXPECTING THE AGENT TO REFUND ME #100K FROM THE ONE I PAID HIM BEFORE BUT HE IS INSISTING THAT BY LAW I AM SUPPOSED TO PAY HIM ANOTHRR #500K COS THE #600K I PAID EARLIER IS FOR THE PREVIOUS AGREEMENT. PLS LAWYERS, WHAT DO I SUPPOSED TO DO.

The agent is greedy, if he had not gotten you another house won't he have refund the whole 600k?
100k is a whole lot of money, he should have just cajole you and ask favourably, which one is the he won't return and you are supposed to pay another 500k.

There is a covering of God that can be upon a man even the devil will attest to it. There is something about the bible and about Godly result. Whenever you desire a particular result or say the hand of God, you must be able to identify that same result upon someone in the bible.

The bible is not just a story book for us,but a practical guide for us to access the deep things of God. So Job had a covering, even the devil had to confess. But it didn't just happened like that, God said there is no one like him because of the principle of God he had kept and obeyed.

Job was a righteous man, he even sacrifice whenever his children had party to cleanse them off any sin they might commit knowing and otherwise. He was greatly blessed and wealthy. Despite his fame and riches he feared and obeyed God.

There is something you can do right here on earth and the covering of God is upon you, this is not heresy but a fact.

Prayer: lord it is written that whoever goes to the lord for safety, whoever remains under the protection of the almighty can say: you are my defender and protector,you are my God and in you will I trust.

The issue of hike in food price is our general problem, we are not our brothers keepers.

Someone who didn't farm will go to the market and buy from the farmers add his 5naira on the farmers price which will inturn affect market price. Someone who is reselling will buy and add transportation and small tax levies and you expect him or her to sell at a giveaway price? He definitely will add gain after factory his or her cost of transportation and other expenses incured, so tell me how the price wont increase.

Many young people today have refused to go to school or go to farm and earn legitimately, but prefer to stand and claim middlemen and collect levies without any proper use of that money aside to smoke and fornicate with it. Its a terrible tho g happening in this country, imagine you come with your goods to sell in the market one abgero will come and tell you 'owo ile' and you expect the trader not to factor it into cost of purchase.

What about our dead trapped roads ? You ply the normal Nigeria road with your goods it takes the grace of God for it to arrive in peace, if the trailer doesn't get spoilt and your goods get stolen or rotten on the road then you are lucky.

God is a respecter of no man, when you apply principles correctly it must give you the desired result. There is a place for mercy, there is a place for grace, this all are provisional system pending when you master and apply the principles of the kingdom.

There are widows In the church, there are people who don't have what to eat and their heart cry is for God to provide food them to eat, if you don't give them then God will send someone else to give them, our challenges are in stages. Regardless of what you are facing, you are still better than some other people. Think about this tonight.

Knowing what Christ has done on the cross and believing he did it for you makes you to be in him, eating his flesh and drinking his blood makes you to be in him. You must understand all things has passed away when you are completely in Christ.

Are old things really passed away in your life? Why then are you fighting with ancestral powers? Could it be you have not understand what it entails to be in Christ?

In this kingdom you reign and experience victory by the knowledge you posses. When Jesus cry,he didn't cry because the people did not pray, he didn't cry because the people are poor. He cried because they where ignorant. Ignorance is the fruit that shows when you lack knowledge.
