Another disappointing season incoming.

Coaches will always come and go so, I am not a fan of a club letting the coach make big calls especially as it has to do with in-comings.

We went from a Moyes who prefers traditional English long balls to Van Gaal who is a possession freak to Mourinho was rather defends and hits on the counter to Ole who is straight-up clueless to Ragnick the supposed father of ghen ghen pressing to ETH who favours quick transition. This sequence has seen us buy players to suit each manager to the detriment of the club because after 3-4 years, the manager is gone and we are back to square one. This is one area where I think as we club we can improve on.

Let those in charge decide what kind of football we want to play as a club and hire managers who are renowned for such a pattern of play. If they hire Conte after ETH I won't be surprised sha. Here, I fault the board.

Also a DoF that isnt clueless or can spot gems. Klopp had to be convinced to sign Salah by Michael Edwards who was in charge of Liverpool's recruitment. Klopp wasnt keen until Edwards convinced him Salah was the one instead of Julian Brandt. The rest is history.

ETH needs to be saved from himself. His talent identification is not good enough.

Chelsea are really. stockpiling all the players. Signing both Caicedo and Lavia.

I still don't understand how many Manchester United fans get carried away by the minimum. The way people were shouting "we are back" after only 3 players makes me angry. As far as i am concerned, this transfer window has been underwhelming so far.

Most of us are still worried about how this season will pan out, especially with our attackers that are mostly average. And we still can't sell players.

The whole thing is worrisome. We are just hoping and praying for the best situation.

It hasnt been a great window at all. Onana and Mount at the ones that go straight into the lineup while Hojlund came injured and still needs time. I guess more important are the outgoings for the future of the club. But in terms on incoming, it hasnt been a massive upgrade so I'm a little disappointed with what the club as done in terms of incoming. Hopefully ETH can get the best out of the squad. it was even much worse last season before they went to panic buy Antony and Casemiro.

I think they still need to sign a CB and a RB if Klopp persists with the idea of playing Trent as a midfielder.

They've just signed 3 midfielders this summer. Plus they have Jones,Bajetic,Elliot and Thiago. I dont see Trent not being RB but he will take up more central positions during matches.

For me, they're the closest challenger to City.

Maybe it's the trauma of collecting 7.goals at Anfield but that their attack is title winning. Now they've solidified their midfield. They're the only team who knows what winning the premier league is, apart from City.

Pavard offers us versatility and ye comes with experience and at a good age. We have seen top teams sell good players before who went on to achieve great things for whatever reason.

Pavard is hardly ever injured and gives you a 7/10 performance in almost every other game.

If he joins, we can as well cash in on Dalot or AWB and look to the youth team for a potential 3rd choice RB...

I understand he is not one whose game and personality attract lots of attention but as a footballer, he is very solid...
