Romance › Re: I'm Having Feelings For My Wife's Mother by Mrtaye: 11:47am On Aug 17, 2023 |
efelicity: Recently my Mother-in-law requested to come and live with us and I accepted. Unknown to me, she was coming to tempt me. This woman will dress half naked in the absence of her daughter. I'm a full time husband who takes care of the kids, do the dishes and cook before my wife comes back because if I didn't finish by the time she's back, she will shout at me. Back to my story. Because of my availability at home, my mother in law takes the opportunity to be peeping at me in the bathroom and comes to sit on my lap in the sitting room. Now she's pushed me to the wall that I have feeling for her. Please what should I do now? I seriously need help on how to act or behave.

I hope I answered your question right. Then he shouldn't have removed the subsidy without doing proper homework only to want to go back to subsidy after things don spoil |
Politics › Re: Tinubu Considering ‘Temporary Subsidy’ On Petrol by Mrtaye: 6:08pm On Aug 15, 2023 |
jackcanfield: I honestly don't know the way out, you remove subsidy smuggling will start, you leave subsidy the western nations would use your economy as tooth pick to remove meat ... The only problem I see here is lack of planning and strategy ...and sadly Nigerian are natural crooks... No matter how hard you try to straighten things, they will always break the checks and systems. The solution is functioning refineries be it regular or modular refineries |
Politics › Re: Tinubu Considering ‘Temporary Subsidy’ On Petrol by Mrtaye: 6:05pm On Aug 15, 2023 |
raskymonojendor: Are the subsidy cabal going to win.. It's not about subsidy cabal just make sure the refineries are working and production is flowing be it regular or modular refineries then after which you can think of subsidy removal and by that time Nigerians won't be affected |

Politics › Re: Forex Crisis: Marketers Propose ₦720/Litre, Suspend Fuel Imports by Mrtaye: 2:32pm On Aug 14, 2023 |
nairalanda1: You won't want the kind of petrol they produce in Tamuno's backyard refinery in your engine....sure way of wrecking it overtime.
Also, Libya produces just as much fuel as we do, and has 7-8 million people...thus far more money to spend on refineries than we do with 200 million and growing people. This is where the expertise of the nnpc is needed or why is the nnpc so focused on crude export and so lackadaisical when it comes to local production...... that private citizens can refine crude and arrive at an end result is an indictment on the nnpc and it shows that there is nothing special about having a refinery be it regular or modular and the fact is that sharp practices all because of forex are the inhibiting factors in us not having common refineries |
Politics › Re: Forex Crisis: Marketers Propose ₦720/Litre, Suspend Fuel Imports by Mrtaye: 8:43am On Aug 14, 2023 |
nairalanda1: Fixing the refineries won't have caused a reduction in price by much. (Some say N70).
The refineries still have to be maintained, and repaired and kept in good working order, and they still have to pay workers at competitive rates. Guess what, we still have to import components for the refineries from abroad, then they have to pay taxes, and pay for community projects.
And all that costs money.
Fuel isn't cheap. Niger, Ghana refine fuel from domestic crude, and fuel costs above N800 in both countries. Then go for modular refineries it's nothing major even private citizens can own modular refineries..... Don't people operate smaller refineries in Niger Delta,so what's so special about refining that you are making it so hard to convince ...even countries like Libya and smaller countries have functioning refineries and don't have to refine their crude abroad which is more expensive than having refineries |
Politics › Re: Forex Crisis: Marketers Propose ₦720/Litre, Suspend Fuel Imports by Mrtaye: 8:33am On Aug 14, 2023 |
Holla911: How could he have repaired the refineries while paying subsidy ? One had to go for the other. We have no choice but to endure the difficult time while hoping and praying our leaders get it right. The current hardship is a global pandemic. Oga stop this warped thinking....who says our refineries can't be fixed or we can't have modular refineries...as you said that one had to go for the other so why can't the refineries come first....the removal should be secondary and should not affect Nigerians |
