Welcome davide470 . We need you to help us post an open letter to PushCV of the FP. Can you help us with that? smiley

enigmatique:
U know, mrtidier has a point. What's the point of writing a letter if it won't mk fp? So here are my two suggestions:
a. that mrtidier and Caucasian should really try to submit their letters too for all of us 2 peruse.
b. that we all start putting pressure on the mods to get to agree to move our selected letter to fp.
What do u guys think?

LOL. Which moderators are in charge of this Job/Vacancies section?
uboma and davide470
Right? Is there a sure fire way of grabbing their attention? Like tagging them or something of that sort.

Nwa nem, where you go since all this while? Abeg, we gaz talk in camera ooo. It's about Andela. So how do we do it? July 19 is the deadline for submission of applications you know. Mon ami pls show ASAP!

LOL. Bro, been busy. Send me an IM. ill reply you.

And BTW, Nairaland mods are annoyingly discouraging. You spend quality time some scribbling somecritical article, or some educational et helpful material and that article will readily rot in the shadows, not even one view. You request and go out of your way to even beg for the front page. yet you are repeatedly snubbed and humiliated. Instead, frivolous news of this ilk readily make the front page.

Nairaland has deteriorated to a means for spreading worthless gossips, unobjective propaganda and vomit-provoking rants. What is more disturbing is the fact that the populace are in favor of it, else this trend would have been transmuted for good. Of course why wouldn't they be pleased with it? Which perverted generation would not be enthralled with Nollywood Actresses Strip To Their Pants & Bra For Movie Scene (Photos) , My Married Ex-Girlfriend Is On My Neck, Advise Please or other barmy news? I am not some sort of Mrs Grundy but take a peep at the front page, and observe with utter dismay that its less than 5% of content hanging there that can impart positively to the reader. It is grossly appalling. This has sadly limited my visit to just this thread and a few other worthwhile ones.

Back to the matter in contention, i surely have a personal vendetta against PushCV. Thus i am willing to submit my open letter 1.2 for the juxtaposition by this humble house if and only if a moderator will side in our cause and make a pact to publish whatever letter that the house approves. Or probably just enigmatique's letter (It is worthwhile and attention-provoking enough). Else, i would advice that we drop the idea; i dare to point out that it will never make way.

I submit. smiley

Your trash doesn't make sense. Let your deceiver the rapist, kanu use his make-believe army immediately if he has one. Useless bunch of empty boasters! I wonder what your bunch is still waiting for. If you have an army already, why not start the fight today and be free from Nigeria today? Why wait further? KANU, the all time best scamer of the Igbo tribe.

How do you think? Backwards? Ranting and calling names will not make you less jellyfish. OK? Now, run along kid, I'm done with you. smiley

But I thought you Igbo's claimed you were strong now. How come you are now running around like helpless women over a bunch of Hausa prisoners? You claim KANU has a big army (in your imaginations) and that he can release them anytime ( bear parlour gossip). Yet, you are all behaving like fearful children and pissing in your pants and shouting "my mummy my mummy" just because Hausas with bomb have come to visit you. KANU should release his make-believe army and kill the Hausa now. And the hausa people dont even have muscle like you, yet you are scared of them as if you are christmas goats. Useless set of empty chest beaters.

Your prejudice runs soon deep! Some Nigerians are so ironic. Why clinging steadfast on to something that you loathe? It beats my imagination.

When it comes to BIAFRA, the Yorubas and Hausa/Fulanis are the WORST hypocrites.

They bitterly hate the Igbos and indeed the southern minorities and would want them to leave Lagos etc and go stay in their own country!

But in contradiction to their true feelings, they don't want Biafra because they want to perpetuate their right to collect the lion share of the oil resources sourced from the same peoples land, using the bogus criteria they foisted on the country called Nigeria.

Without oil in Igboland and Southern minorities part of Nigeria, Yoruba and Hausa/Fulani would have long seceded from Nigeria. FACT!

I know just like me, many of our people are not 100% convinced Biafra is the answer, while many others already are.

Therefore, we should agitate for a UN sponsored referendum on the Biafra issue .
Northern Ireland fought the British for 30 years for the independence of Northern Ireland, but the referendum proved that majority of the people wanted to stay in the UK. Likewise, the South Sudan's referendum proved majority of South Sudanese wanted to be in their own country.

Therefore, a United Nations sponsored referendum should be the demand to see if majority of our people support independence or to stay in Nigeria.

You know? I think a referendum is the best solution. I always consider the South Sudanese case

The Igbo Governors and leaders should call for a referendum and vote to leave Nigeria. That is a start. Igbos can also move home to support their new country. Let all the Eastern States unanimously agree about this. Buhari is going to see Obama. Take your protest to Washington.

I have never been afraid of Nigeria breaking. That fear is left for the rich, politicians and power hungry who think any little rumble will disturb their embezlement, social status etc.

To me Radio Biafra is no the way. While it is good to promote your cause, the awareness of Biafra is alreay in the hearts of Igbos. Take the right and appropriate actions.

I am Kalabari Ijaw. As for me, I choose to remain in Nigeria. You know why? If Ijaws leave Nigeria, there still won't be peace. The Kalabaris will fight the Okrikas. The Bilees will not want kalabaris to rule. As a matter of fact in Abonemma the Briggs will not submit to the bobmanuels. See what is happening in South Sudan today.

My thoughts today as I ponder on the matter. It could change tomorrow.

Aptly stated!!

Ibo people ask for Biafra, Nigeria refused and said the country must be one.
Dutch man draws cartoon of Mohammed in faraway Denmark, you people go around killing Ibos and destroying their properties in the North.
Philips Emegwali invents a super-fast computer, you say a "Nigerian" invents. Ibo student in diaspora makes good grades, you say a "Nigerian" graduates top of the class. But Ikechukwu Abia is caught trafficking drugs, you say an "Ibo" man is caught with drugs abroad.
Ibo man do his business and prosper, you people say they want to steal your land and rule over you. 90% of oil blocs in the South are owned by Northerners, you people do not say they have stolen someone's land and resources.
Ibos ask for the Presidency, you people laugh at them and say "over your dead body." The North has rule Nigeria for over 38years and they keep threatening everyone else that they are being marginalized, and so they start bombing everywhere, you people say let's negotiate with them.
Ibos vote for Jonathan, you people say they are myopic and tribalistic. The North and the West voted for Buhari, you people say it is called "change" and democracy.
Ibos rally behind Jimi Abaje, you people say they will drown in the lagoon. Ambode won, you people start cursing them.
Adamu Ciroma and co said "The North would make this country ungovernable if a Northerner does not become President" and "They'll be no Nigeria if power does not return to the North". You people call them "Elder Statesmen","Party Stalwart", "Northern leader", etc.
Nnamdi Kanu says the same thing but you people call him "a retard", "treasonable criminal", "war-monger", "evil" and so on.
During the last elections, Radio and TV stations in the North play jihad songs while making anti-GEJ campaigns, say all sorts of things in Hausa, no newspaper headline asked for them to be banned. Of course you people call it politics.
Radio Biafra does same, all hell is let loose. You people say they spreading bigotry and dangerous propaganda.
Do you people have an IBOPHOBIA? Of course not! No one will agree. But do you think the Ibos are problems, everyone will raise their hands. But we ask, why don't you let the Ibos separate and go their way, you people give me that terrorist look.
Dear landlords, just one question:
What do you want the Ibos to do to please you?

Lol.. My guy. That company is Compovine Technologies. They are not scammers. Thats a big company you are talking about with 5 branches in different states in Nigeria. According to the orientation they gave us after the success of the final interview(which came after a test and a first interview), they said they intend to add 12 more branches to make it 17. Check punch wed second week of June u will see that same advertorial there. I know their job specifications are quite strange as they only employ upper class graduates and give social sciences room to apply for IT , management , marketing or procurement posts but they know best. The MD is a tall and huge funny man. He really made me laugh when the other two panelists were asking me questions. The remuneration they agreed to pay was times two of what I was receiving then before my promotion in where I currently am. I rejected the offer because they work on Saturdays. Too bad I can't do that. Them too like work (close by 5pm also).

So please lets look very well before we call people or companies Scam. Even pushcv is certainly not a financial scammer but there is a very high tendency that it is a form of other scam type which I explained in my zero page letter to pushcv.

Zero page letter indeed. grin If you look at that picture closely, you would observe that it aint PushCV. I didn't even reference PushCV on that post.(Im tired of typing the string "PushCV". My T9 suggestion system is even complaining). Its actually Jobberman. The qualifications seemed weird to me. Thanks for the info tho.

Hello ladies and gentlemen,

I sincerely apologize for my untold absence for sometime now. It is a feeling of qualm on my spirit for my inactions to formerly take excuse or worse yet, announce my abscond.

But truth be told, My mental conditions deteriorated quite dramatically and so abruptly that i inescapably had to participate in a 'lunacy Emancipation Programme' initiated by the British Psychiatrists Association(BPA) in maitama, Abuja. There were legions of fresh and experienced graduates who were beneficiaries of the scrupulous free treatment programme and to my greatest surprise, uyosolo was a participant and fellow comrade in the struggle for eternal sanity.

Joyously for me, We were in thesame ward for merely a week before further MRI (Magnetic Resonance Imaging) Scan proved that he is conspicuously suffering from an overdose of hallucinogens and amphetamines in his neurology/cerebral vessels And this reason explains his intermittent violent rage between sane conducts. Medical recommendations suggested that he should be transfered to a pertinent ward and be lobectomized before his condition advances to chronic epilepsy. We missed his displays when he left. grin

Towards the end of his successful surgery, information came to his surgeon that his betrothed was contemporaneously suffering pre-delivery complications in the Labour room arising from pyloric stenosis of the baby.

Goodnews has it that they are now doing fine and almost better. He will be coming here too soon to enliven the thread and for Thanksgiving to God when he returns from Offshore. And as for me, I am very glad and thankful that my condition has improved to a considerable level below average grin grin grin

Greetings to u all once more on my ephemeral return grin

On the other hand, the bulk of Nairalanders are preoccupied with different forms news meddled with levity, that the fail to comprehend when a good thing comes by. Tons of meaningless articles are placed on the front page instead of beneficial stuff. Anyways, choice is all that matters. smiley
