a. that mrtidier and Caucasian should really try to submit their letters too for all of us 2 peruse.
b. that we all start putting pressure on the mods to get to agree to move our selected letter to fp.

I know their job specifications are quite strange as they only employ upper class graduates and give social sciences room to apply for IT , management , marketing or procurement posts but they know best.
