koonbey: Nothing you have listed is exclusive to Nigeria;in fact;I cannot find one in which Nigeria is the worst; There are lots of Things impressive about Nigeria, and even if you cannot think of one,why not make it your Goal to do something "Impressive" Nigeria can be associated with? If everyone in those Countries you envy had your Kind of Mentality,I daresay there would be nothing to envy about hem today.Well, u hav spoken but failed to answer my question........."if yes, what are the impressive things in nigeria".......b4 u can criticise my view, mention one or two things to change my orientation...simple as dat.......anyway, am not a critic but lover of 9ja. I admitted that there are impressive things but WHAT ARE THEY ? |
Nigeria is a country, where there is/are nothing good at all. Please do not abuse me but critise my view at the end. Apparently, the following points are few among numerous points that actually prompted my action and reaction. * Accident claims lives on Nigeria roads as a result of NOT motorable roads. * Policemen kill inocent souls unjustly and there is nobody dare question their actions. * Education, Aviation and other sectors in Nigeria are down yet politicials are preparing for 2015 election. *When issues that concern masses are being discussed by the representatives , Nigeria is being compared with other underdeveloped countries, such issues will be delayed or forgotten but when the issues that concern politicians are discussed, Nigeria will be compared with USA, it will be executed without waste of time. * When the politicians loot public money, they are set free without any itching but when graduates join bad gangs and robbed, their faces litter the crime fighter shows on nigerian television. * Rape cases are rampants in the society and it is always between the unthinkable age range, e.g a 35yrs old man rapes a 5yrs old girl or a pastor rapes a lady during deliverance etc. * Money ritual is the order of the day among Nigeria youth, which has increase the death tolls among youth and left the old to mourn the death of the youngs. * Churches and mosgues are found in nook and cranny of nigeria streets yet the number of outrageous crimes increases, indecent dressings are uncontrollable, immoralities are countless etc * Cars involve in accident, Aircrafts crash and ships or boats capsized, no route is safe, all are life endangered zones. * The young and energetic citizens are deny opportunity to work while the old and weak refused to stop working....the rich become richer and poor become poorer. The lists or points are endless. The more l think, the more the points are . I might be wrong but stand to be corrected, it is obvious that there are nothing impressive in Nigeria,If there, what are they? From the desk of MSB school of thought. |
Nigeria is a country, where people complain about everything. Is it the country that is bad or the citizens? In Nigeria, it is often heard that : * Accident claims lives as a result of NOT motorable roads. *Plane crashes, killing outrageous number of people. *Rape cases are uncountable and it is always occured between unthinkable age range. E.g a 35yrs old man raped 5yrs girl etc. *Politicians keeps looting money and they are freely working on our streets but faces of graduates that join an armed robbery gang as a results of NO employment are being parading on the crime fighter shows on televisions. *there are countless churches and mosques in nigeria yet the numbers of crimes increases, immorality are uncontrallable, indecent dressings among young and old, etc *Policemen kill innocent souls unjustly and nobody to challenge the authority. *Money rituals are fashion of the day among the youth. *Countless unwanted pregnancies among teenagers resulting to increase in population, economic instability and so on. * Education sector, Aviation sector infact almost all sectors are down. * No basic amenities yet governments are unconcerned. The lists are endless then l asked myself, are there anything good in Nigeria.? If yes, what are they? From the desk of MSB school of thought. |

The news on broken marriages, especially among the celebrities in the society, is alarming then l keep asking why are the marriages broke, does it mean that the love they claimed to have for each other has faded away or is it a natural cause or cant such broken marriages be prevented? Well , the questions are numerous but after so many consideration, l decided to share this tips on how broken marriages can be prevented in the society. Do you intend to get marry soon or sometimes in the future....then try to answer the following questions: * Who is this person you intend to marry? * How long have you known him/her? * Since you met, how can you describe him/her and what exactly can you say about him/her? * Does he/she smoke and drink? * Does he/she like clubbing or outings? * How does he/she react to emotional, spiritual, financial and political issues? * What type of background does he/she come from...rich or poor? * What is the size of his /her family members? * How often does he/she talk about them and what does he/she say? * What is the level of family responsibility on his/her shoulder? * What do you kow about his/her past experiences, his/her present undertakings and his/her ambition in life? And do you share anything of his/her past/present/future ? Can you cope with all these? if Yes, are you sure? If No, do you think that you are met for each other? * What does he/she like and dislike? And what are his/her dos and donts? * What makes him/her happy or sad? And why? * Who is his/her best friend and how close are they? * Have you met any of his/her family members? * What was his/her dad or mum's comment(s) on you @ the first time or subsequent times? * How was the conversation then? What was their emphasizes and on what issues? * Were you able to answer them firmly or confusing in your responses? And what was their actions and reactions thereafter? * If you have not visited his/her parents....why? And when will it be? * Have you been in courtship for long or just started? * How often does he/she talk about marriage? And how serious is he/she each time? * What is his/her SEXUAL ability....good, fair or bad? And how often does he/she request for sex and how do you welcome his/her request each time? * Are you satisfied with that?.....if Yes, are you sure? If No, can you cope with that in your married life? * Are you matured and ready for marriage now or you are being forced into marriage or you want to marry because your mates are getting married? * Have you prepared for the challenges of the married life? * If you were to answer all these questions........What will be your scoreline? And how long will it take you to? "marriage is a total commitment, it is not what it seems and it is met for the matured minds because once you are in......you are in for life even if you get tired ant opted out of it, the scar lingers on" Please, do not feel unconcerned, if you do not need this write up, someone close to you might need it and it can only get to him/her through you and it passes on to others. If we can rebuild the broken marriages in the society, lets jointly save some marriages from being broken. From the desk of MSB school of thought. |

Honestly, l cant explain my feelings for some days now, l am a 2013 batch C-supposed-corper but my name was on the exemption lists as a result of Age terminal. As much as l tried to forget this painful act,l could not just take my mind off because l keep asking, if those that served stil look for job, what is my fate now that l didnt serve. I always believed that "to serve Nigeria is not by force" but Now, l understood why those (politicians not corpers) that claimed to be serving nigeria never want to stop serving. Cant FG and NYSC just consider all graduates without sentiment? because it is painful. Please, what can l do to relief this pain? |

Alhamud-lillah, am proud of islam and happy to b known as a muslim..........Eld mubaraq in progress! |
"A person who has never made a mistake is a person who has never done anything in life" But does mistake actually occur? Let us see if it actually does....... When you planned a programme but things turned otherwise ,the outcome could br taken as a mistake. Is it actually a mistake or how it has been planned by the master planner? That you failed in your exams, failed an interview, being jilted, not given birth after your marriage, not seen a right woman or man to ask your hand in marriage and even when every way seem blocked, they are not mistakes but part of the plans of the master planner for your life. You only need to be calm, hopeful, prayerful and let the plans of the master planner leads and directs your steps on every activities . Could the following facts be taken as mistakes? * If Adam had not eaten the forbidden fruit, what could have been the fate of mankind today? *If judas iscariot had not identified jesus christ, how would he died for the sins of mankind and fulfilled his mission? * If Mohammed(s.a.w) had not been sent out of mecca by his people, could he have fulfilled his prophethood mission on earth? *If Obatala had not drunk, when he was coming to this living planet,Orunmila would not have led the gods. Destiny cannot be changed but it can only be delayed and it does not mean that a mistake had occurred but part of the plans. Every plans of the master planner will come to past, never blame yourself for anything that happen in your life. You cannot change what has been written for your life but only to follow the plans. Let us meditate on the followings; * If there were mistakes, life would not have been in existence and you and I would not have been in existence. *If there were mistakes, there would not have been differences between the rich and the poor. *If there were mistakes, the same rain that fell would not have made sugar-cane sweet and made bitter-leaf bitter. *If there were mistakes, there would not have been differences in social class, age, colour ,gender, race etc´. *If there were mistakes, rain could not have been falling in its time in order to bring forth planning of crops and Sun would not have been shining in its period in order to bring forth harvesting. *If there were mistakes, the womb that bored a child that became a king would not have bored a child that turned a slave. *If there were mistakes, there would not be love and hatred, peace and war, male and female, men and women, heaven and earth,YOU and I etc. "Mistake is not a mistake until you make it a mistake". Many have cried so much that they have been jilted; some have also attempted suicide because they have failed while uncountable numbers of people never accept their fate with faith in life. Whatever that happened in life is not a mistake but a destiny! Is there a mistake or destiny is certain ? Culled from "Be A Positive Thinker"............a book written by MSB. |
Alhamud-lillah dat it didnt happen, it could hav resulted to WAR ! How will it be explained, " a plane carrying 400 passengers crashed"........Ah, God 4bid ! |
Alhamud-lillah! Am a muslim and proud to be a muslim. Islam has taught me that l should accept all challenges with fate and faith. |
"The train is moving but the faster it moves, the slower it seems to the people on train". The question is: when will it get to its destination,if it keeps moving like this? Or will it ever get there? Nigeria is 53, but @ 53 what are the stories in the hiSTORY so far? People are yearning that the situation is bad, economic is not improving, amenities are lacking and the rich get richer while the poor get poorer. In some people's view, Nigeria is improving but the masses cannot identify the improvement. The politicians are smiling while the masses are crying. @53.ASUU is on strike,FG cannot do anything, the students are helpless.Boko haram keeps terrorising the nation, the security agents are handicapped and tens of people are dying yet the politicians are celebrating Nigeria @ 53! Abraham lincon defined democracy as the govt of the people, by the people and for the people but 9ja politics and ruling party sees democracy as the govt of the PDP,by the PDP and for the PDP. It is PDP in Nigeria or No Nigeria, is this how it will continue? @53,Nigeria is full of youth unemployment,Armed robbery,Assasinations, kidnapping, poverty, insecurity, insincerity of the leaders, thuggery, lawlessness, violence, human trafficking and many more, @53,when issues that concern the politicians are being discussed, they keep comparing Nigeria with USA(i.e it will be implemented without delay) but when issues that concern the masses are are being discussed, they always conclude that Nigeria is not yet developed as other countries (i.e it will be delayed without implementation). The politicians should think twice because what goes around, comes around. SUGGESTIONS: It takes two lines to make an angle but can two parallel lines make an angle? * Let FG creates more states and no state(either old or new) should have more than 10 LGAs: by this new suggestion, the national cake will go round the table. OR ** Let Nigeria divide into 3 i.e Yoruba ,hausa and igbo: by this, each division will take care of its jurisdiction. Happy independent Day! From school thought of MSB. |
"Leadership requires some qualities, if you do not possess the qualities, there will be problem"......says MSB. "when a man is loved by his people, whatever he does will seem good even when it is bad and when a man is being hate by his people, whatever he does will seem bad even when it is good".......MSB. "when you are free from the control of the "elders", you will be able to think and tackle problems before you in a way that it will suit you and others but the reverse is d case for the president".......MSB GEJ would not have won guber election in his state, if he actually contest on a free platform let alone presidency . What do you expect from a man that cannot think for himself unless someone does the thinking ?Ordinarily, the chat was not impressive but politically, to some party follower,it is the best! |
Humm! "Ignorance is a big disease, it kills faster than AIDS" . Why are you blaming and cursing islam when you dont know what islam is ! Imagine all rubbish you have said or thought about islam.......well, may God deliver you before the last day actually comes. Now, answer the following questions ; * was there boko haram during OBJ tenure ? * is it only northern part of dis disguisting nation that you can find muslims or that practice islam? *have you heard of boko haram attack in the south west? * kwara, osun, oyo, and part of ondo( akokos) states are muslims dominated states in the south west, is there boko haram cases as it is in the north in these states in the south west? * is boko haram attack in all nothern states or part of......,why? The questions are many but a reasonable nigerian not the foolish members of this nation, wil admit the FACT that boko haram is more political attack than religious attack in Nigeria. However, it was Niger-delta militants(south south) problem during OBJ and it is boko haram( north) attack during GEJ . If political situation of this country did not improve as expected by the masses, then WATCHOUT FOR ANOTHER GROUP ATTACK, when GEJ is no more the imposed president. Food for thought for the wise ! |
