On our tracker, i saw COPR expiry date as march next year. My medicals is valid until then. but my wife's medical exopires by May 22 2024 (this year)

Does this mean we can travel anytime before march next year? or we have to land before her medicals expires?

What does this mean? does this mean we can land after may 22 this year? as long as it is before the COPR expires?

I have a question.
My wife and I just got our passport request today. My wife's medical expires on May 22nd, while mine is still valid until march next year.

We plan to travel for a "soft" landing on May 20th (provided that we get back our passport before then). This is because, I have some work commitments that will not allow me travel until may 20th.

Will my wife get any issue at the border since her medical will have just 1 day validity as at the time we will be landing?

I got canadian visit visa last year. I did my biometrics before getting the visa. I was told biometrics lasts for 10 years. Now i applied for PR, and IRCC are asking me to submit biometrics again. Why is that one not valid anymore?

Thanks for the help so far. I am in diaspora, needing a police certificate. I have paid the police certificate fee, and the status is what is shown in the screenshot below. I was told i will receive a biometric form in my email. I have refreshed several times, and i haven't seen anything. Please what can i do?

Please how can i get my PCC from outside nigeria?

You have 60 days to submit your application.

Start completing and uploading documents for the other sections in your application. And when your police certificate is ready, you upload that.

How about your PCC from Nigeria and every other country you've lived in for at least 6 months?

And upload your POF the day you are submitting your application.

If possible, make a screenshot of your personal history/travel history in your application, and any other section.

And don't forget to TRANSMIT

I live in Germany with my wife. We got an ITA
3 days ago.
We went to apply for our police certificate, and was told it will take between 3-4 weeks.
I have everything ready to submit our pr application EXCEPT the police certificate. Is it something that can be added later? Or i have to wait for it and then add it to the application?

PLEASE ADVISE.

If your visa will be valid till Sept 2024, you're good to go

My wife was asked to do her medicals, but there is an issue. She submitted her passport to receive her visa in german embassy (she is coming to join me in germany). deadline for medical is 20th of april. She will receive her passport probably between 15th april - 21st april.
What should we do? Please i need advice

Yes. she received verification complete email. 2 days later, i was asked to submit my documents from ABH, and then the next day after that, passport request

Good morning Sir, please did the ABH return your original documents immediately after the approval or they are still holding on to it.
So sorry for the delay, I believe she will receive it this week.

3. Hopefully she didn't make a mistake in her delivery address on the envelope.
4. Approval for her visa may have expired and the consulate requested for another, which is yet to come.
Just call them.

Approval has not expired. Her approval was given 1st of march, in my presence. The guy from ABH approved instantly when i submitted my docs, and few hours later, she was asked to submit passport in Nigeria.
Tracking shows that the package was successfully delivered, and return envelope tracking is not active yet, meaning the have not sent it

We have sent mails, no response. And when you call, the lady that answers call for the embassy is the rudest person in the whole world.
I am also sure her return address is correct.

I applied for a tourist visa to canada from germany (i currently live here), and there, i put that i am a software engineer (one of my many hustles)
I also have an express entry profile for NOC 0711 (construction managers) I have experience in this field before i left nigeria, and i am still actively involved even from abroad because it is a family company.

Will my declaration of software engineer as occupation in my tourist visa application affect my express entry application for NOC 0711 (construction project manager) ? What is the way forward? I already got an invitation to apply for NoC 0711 under SINP, and i plan to claim the years of experience to also include my remote working as construction project manager.

I was in the same situation as you.i had my interview on April 13.and my husband was to start staying in a new city from 1st of may.i just went with the current meldebescheinigung ,and went along with the new house contact (even thou it was not collected or requested)and house contract.my spouse is about to do his new meldebescheinigung which he would get on the 17th of may ......which I plan to mail the embassy with....... informing them of the new change

My spouse’s Meldebescheinigung (almedung) will change as he will be moving to a new town on 1st of june.
I plan to submit the current one where he lives right now but he will be moving from there on 28th may.
how do i inform the embassy of this update after the interview so i can submit the new Meldebescheinigung?

my A1 exam is on the 17th of may.
Can i submit the A1 result at a latter date after interview?

secondly, The passport i used to apply for the date carries my maiden surname. and now, i am in the process of changing it to my husband's surname.
