Shame on Donald Trump.
He promised to resolve the issue within 24 hours of his new administration.
How could a reasonable president attempt to undermine Ukraine while cozying up with a traditional US enemy, who first launched an attack.
This is quite beyond Trump. Peace will come at certain point but not with the involvement of the felon, Donald J Trump |

The only difference is that the Pope is both the political head of the Vatican and spiritual leader of the entire Christendom while Obama is just a political head. What could Obama have done? bot101: Using your logic of financials, USA is still the world’s largest economy right?? Let’s quit decieving ourselves. Both by population and landmass (read natural resources), the west IS the minority!! They are only able to project a sense of power by banding together, pushing propaganda, and bullying smaller nations. When it comes to real value (money is a measure and store of value), it’s a completely different ball game.
By your logic, Tesla is a bigger company than Toyota, right? Or the many other Chinese companies with American names who file returns in the US are bigger than their actual Chinese manufacturing bases. You probably even believe that unemployment rate in Nigeria is 4.3%. Majority of people who schooled in Nigeria have an awkward trait - to keep shifting the goalposts anytime they are being proven wrong. They must win at all costs. It is wrong. How do you feel with your explanation. We are talking about G7 - Russia and EU not included - who holds over 50% of the global wealth, you were attempting to tear G7 apart and isolating the US as the richest nation among them - just for you to be adjudged “right and correct” Sir, G7 is a body, a group of richest economies in the world. I dont think any of your alumni will be proud about your worldview. Quite embarrassing |

The Communist Party of China promotes state atheism Why don’t you ask yourself why an atheist state is more prosperous than a nation like Nigeria which has large number of churches and mosques in every street? You think you're talking to your fellow dummies.
You're still stuck in the past and holding unto the US & Europe's past glory.
BRICS has far surpassed the G7 in every ramification. And will keep expanding.
Putin now even refers to the G7 as the Small 7.
Don’t you understand when you are being intentionally ignored ? I saw your earlier post but I ignored you purposely. You should have smelt the coffee. For the second time, you jumped on my post. Without apologies, I don’t engage with individuals like you who are not civil enough to state their sides without being abusive. You are not a Russian, why are you so much agitated and emotional ? Most especially, I don’t banter with individuals who just rushed online to cite a reference to support their invalid and uneducated position. You should have known that a “global gdp” is different from a “global wealth”. You should have known that “projection” is different from “reality”. Read your reference, albeit slowly, and spot the gap in your knowledge. Please, avoid me as you will be eternally ignored. Nb : let me school you. EU is not part of the G7. Can you imagine what the statistics will be when we throw EU into the mix? G7 is only 10% of the world population controlling more than half of the global wealth. That is the group you are comparing with the BRICS . Comedian😄 |

It’s the minority that has severed ties with Russia May I remind you that the G7 countries , which does not include the Russia , holds 50.7 % global wealth, which means the rest of the world is sharing less than 50% among themselves. Can you reflect on that and make meaning out of it? You are thinking in terms of population, I am thinking in terms of the financials. Can you spot the difference in our worldview? Those countries you call minorities hold the largest chunk of the global wealth😄😄😄 |

I am a Christian but not a catholic. From this article, it is obvious that each pope governs by what he “ thinks” rather than what was written in the bible.
More so, I think Africans will always be subservient to the westerners. Look at all the activities involved in burying a pope and selecting a new pope, if any traditional religion engages in such in Nigeria, most people will call it “occultic” but it is okay now because it is the westerners.
What do you think will happen if it’s Africans that first travelled to other part of the world with their religions ? Don’t you think the westerners will be worshipping Ogun, Sango, Amadioha and other African gods ?. Religion propagation is looking like a case of who “arrived first”.
Look at China, they hold on to their Buddhism, a religion an African man will consider occultic , meanwhile China has the second largest economy. What happens to us here in Nigeria that imports crude oil and religion to other part of the world ? - we are still considered a third world nation.
I think it is the time to think and reflect deeply as Africans. |

Education › Re: FG Orders Federal Tertiary Institutions To Publish Financial, Student Data by MT: 9:55am On Apr 06, 2025 |
Asonaijaaso: While it’s commendable that the Federal Government is pushing for transparency in Nigeria’s tertiary institutions by requiring them to publish detailed financial data, the lack of similar transparency from key public figures, like governors, senators, and members of the House of Representatives, raises concerns. These individuals routinely receive budget allocations—whether from FAAC (Federal Allocation Account Committee) or internal revenues (IGR)—yet they often don’t disclose or break down how these funds are spent. Transparency should not be a one-way street; it should extend across all levels of government.
Governors should be mandated to publish detailed reports on their state budgets, including the cost of projects, income from IGR, and the exact breakdown of their FAAC allocations. This will provide the public with an accurate picture of how taxpayers’ money is being utilized, ensuring accountability across all tiers of government. A truly transparent government would lead by example, rather than imposing transparency requirements on sub-organizations while ignoring the accountability needed at the top. The president has no authority to mandate the Governors or legislatures to publish their expenditures. That would amount to an overreach. The National Assembly leadership and the State House of Assemblies can only demand for that and not the Predidency. |

With each passing day you find yourself at a loss as to how to understand Nigeria..
You cannot release allocation to a democratically elected Governor who is working with a budget passed by 4 lawmakers under the logic that "those 4 lawmakers only represent 12 percent of the state"
But you can release allocation to a man who is not even from the state , appointed by the President, without even one single lawmaker to make appropriation.
I need someone to help me understand this..
Surely the Nigeria Constitution never could have contemplated this absurdity. You do not need anyone to make you understand. Just get a copy of the constitution and understand the working of Government. Most of what you typed are assumptions. |
