I asked because it is really disheartening. After spending lots of money in tertiary schools, one still ended up struggling financially and to get a well paying job. This sometimes makes one look like an illiterate to some folks.

No government in the world would sign contracts with any parents that once their wards finish school they would get jobs.

Going to school only increase the likelihood of you getting jobs.

Attending schools alone does not make anyone feel entitled to get a job. What makes the difference is the skillets -the knowledge- you acquire which you could apply to solve real life problems.

And let me add, the artisans are educated as well but informally. People that go to school are formally educated. They are both educated. So, if you can’t be educated formally, be educated informally but ensure you get the necessary knowledge to solve problems, otherwise, it’s a waste, and that’s where the key to getting jobs lies.
