The issue with Olubadan throne is that before they attain that throne,they are already Old.
Imagine someone who took up the throne last year at the age of 89.
After 2 or 3 years on the throne,they are gone.
I think Ibadan people should do away with that system of Kingship and fashion out another way which would allow young,healthy and agile able men to get to the throne.
Though the system is less controversial but it's archaic.

Use that 17m to apply for visit visa, look for any newspaper official working in nigeria and get him to publish some stories about threat to your life, etc then file for asylum once you enter canada. Going to Canada on study visa is a waste of time and resources. There are no jobs and the govt is not renewing post graduate work visa. So if you don't meet up with Express entry draws before your PGWV expires is back to Nigeria oooo

My wife was offered an admission last year October and her resumption was scheduled to be September, January and May but she was pregnant then with our first son which she had late last year and now we are thinking of continuing with the process.

I’m worried if the application could still be on and what’s her chances of approval since I believe she now has strong ties with her country back home(family and business) which in my little opinion should make her visa application accepted….

I would appreciate genuine contributions as we are pulling in big resources to make this work.

Japan hast at least 5 US military bases and 50,000 US troops which serve as US entry points in case China tries to get aggressive with the US.

South Korea also has at least 3 US military basis with at least 28,000 troops.

This keeps China at bay, out of US business.

During WW2, the US remained neutral. Germany was the aggressor. France was conquered.

Britain asked US for help. US made a deal with the UK to supply equipment in exchange for establishing military bases.

Russia also asked for help. The US made the same UK deal with Russia, arms/equipment supply in exchange for military bases. In fact they supplied so much logistics and arms to Russia to fight off Germany.

If not that Japan became too ambitious and attacked the US, they (Japan) probably would've remained a regional power like Russia today, because they essentially had control of many parts of China.

What do we have today?

We have China as the regional power, with Japan and South Korea still strong allies of the US to checkmate them. Russia as the regional power of Eastern Europe. UK, France, Germany etc as the Western Allied power of Western Europe. Israel is the Middle Eastern power, strongly aligned with the US.

Based on Trump's foreign policy, the US wants to stay out of wars and develop its economy. If a war is primarily affecting EU like the Ukranian war, EU should contribute more to fight it, not make US pay for their wars. That's why Trump is backing down. US isn't used to giving hundreds of billions in exchange for nothing.
