I've been working in audit for over 13 years here in the USA and I've audited government agencies before, you really don't understand the difference between functional/operational errors and fraud/crime do you? Another one resigned from a bank in Nigeria and used all his assets and savings to Japa to US, hommie is currently lifting boxes at Amazon during the day and doing uber at night, and he is doing fine. You need to see their pictures on Facebook to confirm the big life they can afford.

Federal Ministry of Agriculture just provides directions and policies for the State Ministry of Agriculture to align with., provides support for local farmers, provide grants and loan to the states, provides regulations and enforcement and engages with stakeholders.

The actual implementation is done by the State Ministry of Agriculture. The Federal Ministry of Agriculture simply collaborates with the States who own the land.

So, can you see how silly you are for calling your lineage ”daft”. When you were advised to take your schooling serious and you refused, it was to prevent this disgraceful contribution you just made in an open platform😄.
