Israel is far more superior than Iran in both offensive and defensive capabilities.

Iran is only superior in having more number of tanks and 10 times as much number of Israelis soldiers. But Israeli has more advanced tanks than Iran. They are far from each other, so having more number of tanks and vast number of soldiers have zero advantage.

But Israel has F15 , F16 and the most advanced, stealth fighter jet in the world - F35, not to talk of nuclear weapon, and superior allies.

There's poor strategic thinking if the support of US to Israel is compared to Russia supporting Iran, it is obviously skewed against the Americans and Isreal.

US doesn’t need to travel several kilometres to reach the Mediterranean Sea. They have a lot of military assets and capabilities already deployed in their bases in the Middle East. Their assets are simply being redeployed. That is what military bases can do for the US.

Don’t forget those assets are offensive and defensive in nature. The batteries of Russian defensive capabilities will first be targeted.

Most cases are ruined by the police themselves in the matter they do their investigation.

You were ONLY relying on the prosecution team to make your assertions.

The defence team will have their days in court.

Law is about evidences and how the police conducted their investigation. The police might have even contaminated the scene of crime.

This case is far from being conclusive.

I repeat the burden of proof lies with the prosecution and it must be beyond REASONABLE doubt.

Let me first ask you - is it REASONABLE for 3 total strangers to hatch a crime of this magnitude within a week of knowing themselves?

The defence only needs to introduce one REASONABLE doubt into the case and the case is dismissed.

How was the investigation conducted?

Which methods were used?

Was there any form of torture?

Was the confession made under duress?

All these would be argued in court. It’s not an open-close case yet.

The burden of proof lies with the prosecution team.

Our constitution is our number 1 problem. It gives too much power to the Governors and they misuse it. Ii always say they are the evils of this nation.

Imagine if each of the Governor uses just 10% honestly to face Agriculture (both crops and animals) , we will have enough to feed and even export. But no, they pay lip service to it. They are not interested because some crops will take 5 years before it starts to produce, after which , they might have left office. Their selfish and greedy thinking is that they have "worked" for another Government to reap the sweat of their labour, forgetting that governance is a continum. They will rather do wishy-washy road, steal billions while the citizens rejoice and sing their praises.

Governors are accountable but ONLY to the State House of Assembly who has the power to remove them for any infraction. But what we have in Nigeria is sad. The Governors, knowing this fact will "buy" the state house of assembly members by buying their expensive nomination forms for them so that they can do their biddings once they are in the house.

The citizens too are not intelligent voters . When you vote in APC as a Governor, let PDP opposition be more in the Assembly. This will increase the level of scrutiny of the Governor's actions and the citizens will be the winner. But alas no!. The citizens dont take state house of assembly election as important. They just vote for the party . They do not even know the antecedents of the individuals on the ballot papers. They rejoice when they announce that APC or PDP aspirant is the Governor and the the same party also clear all seats in the House of assembly. That is why the speaker and the Governor become paddy paddy. Tell me how can the Governor's actions be scrutinized by the so-called State House of Assembly.

Like you said, our problem is complex and fundamental - it cuts across both the citizens and the leaders.
