Justifying this rubbish in a country that practices democracy shows democracy is just a front for the political ideology of this leaders.
This was the man I have been observing lately for his interests in agriculture and passion for sustainability. Truly, we all have our flaws but the ability to tame it, is not common. |

Politics › Re: Peter Obi Doesn’t Believe In Labour Party’s Manifesto – Reno Omokri by MufasaLion: 9:38pm On Jul 16, 2024 |
MasterJayJay: You have no idea that many people that voted for Obi in 2023 won't vote for Atiku in 2027 if Obi decides to be his running mate.
Voters have their own priorities. You have not factored that in, hence your analysis is wrong. People will decamp, show grievances, wail, etc., but eventually, emotions won't win you elections, reality will. With the noise about Tinubu's forgery allegations, drug etc., he still went ahead to choose a Muslim as his VP. Shettima wasn't just a Muslim but someone with allegations leveled against him by the people also. Who won? Tinubu! I still stand on my analysis that Obi, Atiku and others will form alliance if they want to win. They need to put their individual interests aside and be one big force! 2019 is not 2023. 2027 will also be different from 2023. |

MasterJayJay: Align how? 2019, when he aligned with Atiku, why didn't PDP win? Is the destiny of Atiku tied to Obi? Learn to read and understand. The last election, Atiku, Obi and Kwankwnaso had more votes combined than Tinubu. Now, imagine if Atiku and Obi form an alliance. Politics is beyond anybody forming a bigger person. It's about using the available best resources to achieve your aim, which was what Tinubu did. He used the north to his advantage. The three opposition candidates mentioned above couldn't defeat Tinubu as a private citizen. You think it would be easier to now defeat him individually as a sitting president? Politics is a calculated risk. You need to be beyond book-smart or morally smart. You need polical smartness. |

Asiwaju cabinet are the real problem, down to the Senate president Akpabio. I still can't believe asiwaju is not meeting up to expectations. No this is not the asiwaju I know, something is wrong somewhere.
Still keeping hope alive This has always been Asiwaju, just that being a president brought out the other side in a broader manner. Even when he was in power in Lagos, how did he generate money when he was denied allocation from Abuja? He was heavily taxing Lagosians. |

pacificom: Our government should invest in Agriculture and make the sector to be more attractive than political offices in Nigeria. Presently Nigerian youths don't want to be affiliated to farming due to lack of mentorship which has make that sector to be unattractive for many years If government can standout to invest in young farmers and even buy the end product from them at an attractive price. What a good way it will be to solve the problem of unemployment and hunger nationwide. You have a good point but however, the problem we have is not land or resources. The issues are webbed. Security, lack of modern-day technology, mentorship and the will to practice farming. |

The military is actually preventing Nigeria from external forces? First time I ever see a typical ipob admitting the military actually plays a crucial security role. Richtaiwo: Good move by the president. At least, fulani won't try shit in those farms cos I know, over 80% of the lands will be cultivated by military guys. Do you know what it means for 80% of the land to be cultivated by the military personnels? Does that make sense to you? Military personnels working as farm laborers? Is that their constitutional duty? How many personnels do you have in Nigeria? If majority of them are to be the ones to cultivate, then everyone in Nigeria is prone to more security risks from external forces. I wonder how y'all are wired this way. It's unfortunate. |
