I gave over 2 million naira to Gbenga in 2014 for 50 acres of cassava farm at Ogbomosho.
Up to today, I did not get back even 1 naira from Gbenga.

His story close to Harvest time was that fire burnt the farm and that cows destroyed the farm.

Same story he is telling the OP now.

#My case is different#

So your god was watching the enemy while he was planning. He couldn't crush the enemy immediately. He had to watch him like football match. The enemy must really be powerful and ur own god must really be weak. How do y'all believe these men that call themselves Nigerian pastors. These people have schools where they squeeze million from parents as tuition. I know a parent who had a high BP cos of stress of looking for school fees for babcock. Men of God wickedly charge millions even though they are living in A society where millions can't afford to eat. The ones from humble backgrounds can't attend their schools, is this what Jesus preached in the bible? These men are men of the devil disguising as men of God sent by the devil itself to torment earth the earlier u realise this the better for you, they are not of God. Jesus always mentioned helping the poor and the needy as the pinnacle of his teachings, the needy first before anything. These men of the devil go around with body guards, escorts, private jets you can't even go near these men of Lucifer and you dare call them men of God. These people are not of the Lord cos Almighty God do not associate with pride, oppressions, arrogance and lack of compassion. What have these men contributed to the society? How have they helped Nigeria, how have they helped our society to be a better place? Rather they go around showing affluence making people feel like if you are not wealthy it's cos you are a loser, if you don't pay huge tithes you can't be close to the pastor. These have driven many Christians to obscenities in other to keep up appearances in churches, some died in the process and you dare call them men of God? they have turned their churches to business ventures. If you have not been brainwashed you will realise these men are closer to the devil than the Almighty God. Only the devil associate with pride, arrogance, oppression and lack of compassion.

Herbicide application 5,000 Naira x 2

Note that in year two, cost of clearing and mulching will be zero.

Expected yield 8-12 tons per hectare.

Price of Maize per ton = 120,000

Projected Revenue. = 960,000 - 1,440,000 Naira.

Minimum cultivation = 100 hectares

Note that the yield is not guaranteed , but with best agronomical practice and the grace of the good Lord, it is certainly possible.

You can only get such yield with a Pioneer seeds and not any Oba Super million! in the market.

The breakdown is only useful if you want to put in your money without owning any equipments.

Alternatively, if you are only investing the land, then the cost to us will be different and we are going to have a minimum of 10 years agreement, bring our own equipments to station on the farm permanently and build a farm house and silos. The cost implications for this model is far more than just the operational expenses listed above.
