@ mukhcech, you should have shown the picture of the back that carries the nameplate rating. It looks like a 650va UPS and that"s about 400watts of usable power.

Thank you for the respond. It is a built setup. The owner wants to sell it. According to him. He usually use it with two trailer batteries. My delimna now is I don't know the rating and the right price to buy it from him. According to him the made in Nigeria setup both serve as inverter and charger to charge the batteries.
