Some chargers have led indicator lights that turn from red to green when the battery is fully charged while some come with improvised chargers(likely IBM charger as in mine) that do not have led indicator lights to show when they are fully charged. In the later cases , the charger feels hot when it's not fully charged and feels cool when fully charged.
