Thanks a lot @Benignasweety and @Ayauche,I really appericate you for the warm welcome. My major problem now is when ever I have intercourse with hubby even if I lie down after till the next morning,S*erm comes back out,what do I do and how do I monitor my ovulation,am on a 29 to 30 days cycle.

Pls my sister, don't be disturbed by that, and don't let anyone deceive you. Except there's an underlying problem, sperm coming back out after intercourse is very normal. If it takes one sperm to fertilize an egg, where do u want the remaining millions to go na? E suppose come back out. I would advice you do hsg if you've not done it already. Stay blessed.

I was a little sick with a kind of sore throat I had never had b4 in my entire life. D left part of my throat was swollen it was HELL to swallow d tiniest thing. I went down with a fever as a result of the sour throat. I was pressurized to do a hpt b4 taking medications. It was -ve, I wasn't expecting otherwise sha so I wasn't disappointed. I'm totally fine now and i've come to testify. I can't remember d last time I was dat sick. God has been good to me, forget about pikin mata for now. My period is due 2day or 2moro- an opportunity to try again . God will surprise someone this month, it may be you reading this now and thinking How can it happen? Watch out.

This condition may be as a result of shortage of blood, u may go for pcv test to confirm but pending the time, you can drink milk and eat ugwu vegetable or squeeze out ugwu juice, mix with milk and drink. Take care

I experience these symptoms when i'm having migraine. Very nasty feeling. As if you're about to die. It's also caused by stress. Didn't know it was migraine until my elder brother told me. We all experience it in my family thanks to my dad, the gene giver. I haven't experienced it in years though. Wasnt even married when i last experienced it. I cant say what cured it because it was when i saw your post that i remembered i havent experienced it in years.(when we dont know God answered our prayers and healed us years ago. I think you should see a doctor and explain stuff to him or follow cherrymum's footsteps. Try not to overstress yourself as well. It is well with you.
