Lol at true character.
Well, it seems your husband is the kind of person that doesn't like to rumble, just like mine too.
It is up to you to tell the boy to move to the sitting room and keep his stuff in the living room. If you don't, your husband won't and your sister might even be tempted to leave sef.
At the end of the day, it is your home and you run it the way you feel fit. Set rules before he gets accustomed to his new room.
You have said it all mama. How is family?
I dropped a message on " my life as a teacher"
Thanks

Please help a mother in distress. My son is giving me a lot of trouble. He is hyper active, he doesn't obey instructions, he can't just sit at a place unless he is sleeping which is also by force. where ever he is people must notice his presence due to his restlessness. he plays a lot of rough play even with his five months old brother(though am always watchful once he is close to him). Sometimes when I yell at him, he says mom shot up and runs away. some other times he just keep quiet but not up to five minutes. Sometimes I just cry, sometimes I talk to him, sometimes I flog hell out of him. I also pray for a change in his behavior.
I love him very much. sometimes when he sees me crying he keeps quiet, hug me and say mom stop crying, I love you, I will buy biscuit for you.
His teachers complain too, but always says he is a brilliant boy, that he picks easily when he pays attention.
He is in nursery 1 and they are learning to write. he traces the letters and numbers very well and I want to teach him copying, but he hates it and wants me to write it out for him to trace. How do I make him copy?
Please don't read and pass. I need advice on how to change him.
cc: Zaynie, and any other parent or teacher who has had similar experience.
Thanks

Being too sugary is one of the reasons why I did not go for it.

I will try infacol or SMA Gold for now.

Please any mama that knows a suitable one should also suggest.
Thanks.
Try infacare, it has 1,2,3. That's what my three year old son takes ( the stage 3) and it's good. He was taking peak 123 before my DH saw it and bought for us to try. It's better than peak.

She does in the interim, but I'm hoping it's not a long term thing.

Normally, there is milk for 1,2,3,4 year olds.

But I didn't go for that because she seemed to like peak milk a lot, and since she's above one year, I figured it's okay to start her on that.

I was wrong.

Yes we offer nation wide delivery - the options will come up as you progress your check out.

For prefolds - get the baby sized ones with green edging. this is for weight range of 9kg to 15+Kg. that will be your best bet as you are likely to use this till they are potty trained.

For the bamboo inserts get the one that comes as a 2 pack as these are designed to be used together for older babies. they can o snap into the covers or you can used the separatley as boosters for addeed absorption or for younger babies

For the hemp, i would suggest either the medium or Large. the small is mainly for younger babies and to be used with other nappies if you need some extra absorbency in older babies as they do not add so much bulk.

For nappy covers please get the One-Size (OS) . the other is for newborns and preemies.

Any of the All-in-Ones are one-size as well so they should fit with some adjustment of the rise.

Any other questions please let me know.

OK, Thanks Sis

Long post alert

I don't even know where to start, the joy in my heart is unspeakable.

November 28th is no more any ordinary day in my life, it's the day God blessed with the most amazing child and the abundant blessings of motherhood.
I had a smooth and stress-free pregnancy and was scheduled for an elective CS, but the night before the surgery I just couldn't sleep...After my DH left, I had Nathaniel Bassey's 'Onise iyanu' on replay till I dozed off around 3am ish.
In the theatre, just before the surgery even started, the devil came to show himself, but God had already decreed that I was going to live and leave that hospital alive with my baby girl. He took control and sent the devil back to hell.
My Dr was so amazed cos he said there is no medical explanation to what happened to me in those few minutes.

Zara is just an awesome child, she has brought blessings upon blessings into our lives. She is a strong kiddo too (my DH calls her 2 in 1 baby grin).
My chatterbox that can talk for Africa. She'll make u chase her around just to eat her food but meanwhile hunger dey woze am o. She is just full of life and activity, and fun to spend time with.

As u clock 1 today, I pray God upholds u in his love and may u continually be a blessing to everyone U meet. Ur life will not be cut short and U will live to see ur own children. Amen.

Happy Birthday Sophia Chizaram (meaning God answered me) aka Zara aka Baby Zee.
Daddy, Mummy and ur nairaland aunties all love U grin grin

P.S - we have plenty cake o, make una come chop.
Happy Birthday Zara baby. Continue to grow in God's Love and protection.
Beautiful cake.

They are twins but they are different people. It could be from your diet. My son kept on having repeated rashes until when I weaned him and those rashes left. Please sis, don't do skineal or ampliclox shocked (didn't even see that one). Mommy Zaynie once said something about cacatin, let her come clear up whether the cacatin is in same category with skineal and the likes.
Thanks mama

It could be atopic dermatitis, it could be milk intolerance, it could be anything. Take the baby to the ped and also a dermatologist for proper evaluation
I have seen a paed and he prescribed a cream that clears it once it appears. I just want a permanent cure. though the paed said that he will outgrow it.
He said that it's not from the milk (Nan)

Hello mamas.
I see and acknowledge all mentions.
Thank you all.

All through MHC, Muna was acting up, throwing every thing she ate up.
Just after MHC, she started running temperature.
Gave her pcm, the temp went down ,some minutes later, she threw it up and the temp went up again.
Gave her some few minutes, oya eat yam and egg. She slept for a long time, with a high temp, kept mopping with damp towel. At a point I had to wrap her head to toe in a wet towel. She kept throwing up all the drugs I gave her.
By 10pm, I called the dad (he was downstairs) let's go to the hospital, so he ate and changed and we set off for Gbaja at around 10.45pm. Got there and we had to go and buy a card seeing as this was the first time she was seeing a doctor. Card was taken to the Nurse's station. Around 11.50pm I saw a known Paed leaving the consultation room, fully dressed for home. I went to the nurse's to ask why we weren't called up. She said they've been calling us and we refused to answer...... Me that was on a watch out o. My husband was like.... Are they alright sha?
Nurse found out Paed had gone, she comes back to their station and drops our file on the table like..... I don't care. She goes into a room, turns on the fan and I guess she went to sleep. You're on night duty and you're snoozing by 12.15am?
Na so I vex, carry MD phone number written on the wall, called MD. Told her all I'd done to stabilize my child from home and how her temp was spiking again because of the stress. How the nurse was nonchalant in her attitude. MD said I should carry my phone to the nurse. I knock tire, nurse don sleep go. MD said I should look for any hospital staff and give the phone to them, just then, another Paed walked into the emergency unit. Her eyes are red from sleep and I give the phone to her. MD speaks with her and she treats Muna.
We were given mosquito bites in our bonbom, 3 sef embarassed (I don't know why I just don't want to call injection for her) and we got home around 1.20am. Moyo was the only one at home, asleep.
All the nurse had to do was call the Paed via intercom that a patient needed to be attended to OR is it only when I run in unclad with a child in my arms and me screaming for help while crying like a banshee that I will be regarded as emergency?

We all want change but it really begins with you.
Look at the man in the mirror and tell him to change.
Change his attitude to work.
Someone once told me its called 'work' because it's for you to actually stress yourself and get out of your comfort zone.
When you go to work, do so with the intent of coming back home tired. You can't work and mise your energy....
I know medical personnels don't have it easy: understaffed and overwhelmed with patients but it's still your job to answer the patients as long as they're coming in. What will you do when there's a crisis like a really huge fire outbreak, a storm or serious flooding or a natural disaster? Will you fold? angry

Big sigh.....

Muna is better now. Using her drugs and playing rough play already (tumbled with her bike on the stairs this afternoon, fought with her brother just before she slept off grin)

Let me sleep the remainder of my sleep from last night.

It's well mama zaynie.
sleep jare you need it.
My regards to Muna

Sorry ma, but you are damaging your baby's skin. Why not try and find the culprit behind the reaction or you go for sebamed products or Aveeno or even natural oil? It could be your Lo reacts to something, like my 1st child, once he eats groundnut or peanut/peanut butter, rashes will appear on his body the next morning. I know it isn't easy looking at those ugly rashes but skineal is bad for babies whether little or much kiss kiss
Cc mumjjj
Thanks mama,
Could ela be a reaction to something?
we use Johnson products and we are on breastmilk ,formula, and water. could it be as a result of what I eat.
They are twins but one does not have it.

Good evening mama's, please one of my twins has been having a reoccurring case of ela/nra. since they were 6 weeks. I have seen a pead who prescribed candiderm cream which works once I notice it. He said it's genetic and not from their formula (Nan). they are 4months plus, yet it still occurs. I have heard about the flower used for it here but haven't seen it in my area. I just need a permanent cure.

Hmm! The pain women go through. My advise to you is:
Beware of such a lady, if she can lie against you, then she can kill.
What steps have you taken about your fertility issue? physically, medically and spiritually.
Let your family know about this issue now before it gets out of hand. I dont believe that your hubby's relative does not know about it.
How are you sure the pregnancy belongs to your husband? The lady may lie to him cause she knows he is desperately in need of kids.
If you can endure it, please stay, find a solution to your fertility issue and God will wipe away your tears. If you leave now you will be blamed afterall he didnt bring the girl home. But if things get out of hands and it becomes life-threatening, please run for your life. Where there is life, there is hope.
Finally, I will say be your own prophet. Pastors cannot be trusted nowadays.
It is well sis.

You have said it all. Exactly what I wanted to write.
Also at this moment you need to save, save and
save if you are getting enough money from him.
Also start searching for a new job. You need to be
financially independent. in case things get out of
hand. It is well
