Hello guys. Greetings to you. Please don't mind muy grammar, I'm not here for English classes lol.
My first child's almost 3years, trust me that girl can be playing and roaming about 24/7. As long as she's not asleep, her mum and I are always talking, don't do this, don't do that. Sometimes I lose my cool you know. I'm planing to enroll her into a conventional school by September because she seems really smart. My question here is, how do I handle her, she can't just stay in one place and our apartment is not really safe for her to be playing outside.
Parents and expert in the house please assist a brother with an idea of what to do.

1. SPEAK TO A DEVELOPMENTAL PEDIATRICIAN: They have special training in child development and children with special needs.

2. CHILD NEUROLOGIST: They work on the brain, spine and nerves.

3. CHILD PSYCHOLOGIST OR PSYCHIATRIST: They know about human mind.

4.♥️��MOST IMPORTANTLY; Get your child evaluated/ assessed by a BEHAVIOUR ANALYST. You don't need doctor's referral to go for this.
Your child will be assessed, and evidence based intervention planned, and started immediately.

Acting early on developmental concerns makes a real difference!♥️

I have been on Amitriptyline for almost 10 years now, the first day I missed a dose nearly died.
Now am afraid to stop, even the doctor that placed me on it has died.
Buying the drug is always a challenge cos I don't have prescription.

Please, go to a general hospital or a teaching hospital. You'll sure see a doctor in that area for help.

You don't just stop anti depressant medication like that. The same way you started gradually till you got to the does that worked for you, that's the same way you will gradually stop. The doses should be reduced gradually till you get to zero dose.
Please, go and meet that doctor that prescribed it. If he really knows what he's doing, he'll be in a better place to help you.
But, if you don't trust his competency, please go and see another doctor in that area.

How was your exam?

My wife supposedly wrote the exam in December last year. They didnt start the exam until 6pm in the evening. Till now, we are even yet to see the result. Her supposed alphanumeric code was just written on a piece of paper and we have tried using the code to check on the website, but the efforts have been futile.

Any advise to give?

The exam was ok. we started on time and it was a 60munites cbt exam.
They said I should come to the office and check the result in a month time, or check at their site.
