The Fed govt must not be cowed into a dialogue with terrorist! However strong their power is, they can't kill us all. Total annihillation is what they deserve |

That header was spot on, Nani needs to learn from Giggs how to cross balls, Viva Valencia, viva Man U! |
Pls and pls, the moderators of this site should note that the ejection affected much more Igbo traders than any other tribe. The caption of this news is very misleading and an attempt to deepen the rancour among the ethnic groups. Please let us be matured and professional as we sample news on the frontpage! God help us |
Ranting rascals! |
Unsupported! Ranting Rascals |
Can those noise makers convince themselves deep down in their heart that they are fighting a just cause for the masses? Bunch of disgruntled elements seeking political relevance at all cost! How I wish the fed govt will ignore them and face the problems facing the country. For the records, Fashola remains the chief security officer of Lagos and should be held accountable for any breakdown of order there. Sycophants desperately seeking political relevance at all cost |
Last time I checked: Fashola is among the governors that agreed with the govt over the removal of fuel subsidy During the protracted strike and street protests, I didn't get to read any address by Fashola for OCCUPIERS to play by the rules and stop molesting traders who decided to open their shops(meanwhile my brother was beaten up by protesters on the second day for opening his shop and not joining them in their protests) Now he is craftily drafting words all in effort to act as a hero of the people and paint the Fed govt in bad light! That to me is very hypocritical of him. Prove me wrong if you think otherwise |
My own is for this strike to be called off, whichever way it goes! Whoever is shifting ground more should do so in the overriding interest of peace and stability. |
@Talknafreee Nigeria will not disintegrate and a South Easterner will someday become Nigeria's president! Then you'll have no option than go and hang your sorry self. Good for nothing dumb shalow minded myopic waste of human space. |
NLC and TUC leadership coaxed traders and businessmen to lock up their shops in solidarity to the strike action, at the end of the month the labour people get their salaries while the ordinary man is left to fend for his family. So who suffers? The supposed leaders(comprising mostly election losers, disgruntled ex ministers and disfavoured political jobbers) of the protest encourage their followers to keep vigil at the protest ground while they retire to the comfort of their homes! For every protester that's injured my heart bleeds because they deserve better. Back to the topic of the thread:the protest failed though the strike succeeded. However, from tomorrow onwards businesses the tempo will start to fizzle out. I say this because my office is opening to customers tomorrow likewise other offices. God bless Nigeria |
@Poster Am yet to see the source of this news. I listened to him over his role in sudsidy protest myself and didn't hear say a thing like! Let's not resort to cheap blackmail all in effort to desperately paint this govt black. Still awaiting source otherwise I expect the moderators to remove from front page |
And someone argues police shouldn't shoot when supposed protesters turn to criminals! |
The duty of the police is to maintain law and other, a situation where a protester gets violent and starts looting shops and attacking traders then I guess he deserves what he gets! |
The only reason why this strike will go on is because govt hasn't rolled out big evelops to NLC/TUC leadership! |
I'm feeling my Man U, Viva United! |
Last night I listened to a man who is passionate to work for his country, Last night I listened to a man who is committed to effecting the much needed change in this country. Salaries to be slashed by 25percent and some people are saying Mr President didn't mention the amount the cut will result to, He said overseas trip will be drastically reduced and only when it is of utmost importance, and most of you are still putting holes all in effort to paint him black! He rolled out other palliative measures to cushion the effect of subsidy remove which most of us still see usual govt promise. This I can understand because govt has not justified our trust over the years, but my question is-how can this present govt earn our trust if not given the chance! |
This is a further confirmation that news/info are to be confirmed before being published! Much as I don't support the so sudden removal of fuel sunsidy, I must note it that a lot of lies has been peddled on the frontpage of Nairaland all in effort to fan undue tension and panic among the citizenry. Moderators pls verify and authenticate info before sampling them on the frontpage. God bless us all |

What are the qualifications? Like education, height, tribe, cognate experience etc |
Just thinking, since there's minimum age for one to become president, there should also be a maximum. My opinion though |
No doubt Ability lies in Disability! Wish you luck man |
I'll say thank you and walk away.lol, Well if its my lady, I'll hold myself and walk away but just any other girl? Pray I don't commit murder |
Get busy man and make sure you don't while away anytime. With this you'll have less time for emotions. However, if what you share wt the Ghana girl is stronger than what you feel for your home girl,no law says you must marry her(home girl) provided you ve not put ring on her finger.
