Well with the advent of technology - He could make it a bit romantic.
I mean do it over video call but have someone kneel down and give you the ring.

- Someone who does it over a phone call might mean
1. You are setting yourself up for a less romantic relationship
2. The dude has no creative juices in his bone.
3. The fact that he referenced his mom's proposal eons ago might mean he will expect you to do things as old school
- You do all the house chores
- Sit at home and take care of the kids while he alone works
- In short " be domesticated"

It is during the courtship that a man is supposed to be most romantic . How many married men sing their wives R&B love songs compared to bf/gf relationships.

Our firm was called upon to correct the cracks on the slab of a building which was left uncompleted for a very long time.
After inspecting the cracks, we got to realise that the cracks were due to poor edge reinforcements for the hogging moments near the beams that caused such cracks.
..
Now, our firm is supposed to correct such anomalies, and to complete the building.
..
I am the one that is supposed to come up with a good Long-Lasting solution to the problem.
..
How can someone take care of the problems?
(Should I crack open the slabs in order to introduce more reinforcement rods?? Or are there better alternatives to salvage the situation??)
