I have been exposed to a number of drugs, prescription and recreational and have withdrawn from every one of them, the most difficult to withdraw from would be crack, methamphetamine and heroine due to the super feelings your get from them. I was prescribed Tramadol at a local clinic after a cut on my skull.I decided to check what painkiller I was prescribed after about 2 weeks post recovery. Get plenty of sunshine and morning and evening breeze. 4) Sleep and rest - keep sleeping, you cant do drugs when you are asleep bro. Reduce activities that will lead to exhaustion and burnout, you will start craving. 5) Massage - get plenty of this , preferably from a fine lady. It works wonders. 6) God - Ask for help. you will always get it if you are humble and willing. 7) Restart - for every time you fail to quit, start again. One should not be dependent on anything.
