I wonder how these guys scale through nafdac with laxatives and bitter leaf. That is why I only go to lagos hospitals for blood test. Imagine this being sold in pharmacies and hospital. Cos nothing works here.

What is the best way to decrease body fat%? I know you can't spot reduce but is it better to do HIT or to lift weights?

Trying to get to a 20% bf.
My personal favorite will be to do an hour of cardio on an empty stomach in the evening and have a lean protein shake. Works like a charm, 6 packs in less than 2 weeks. check my pic. No kidding.

Exercising without watching what you eat is a bad habit and should be stopped.

4. Skipping meals: Skipping meals is a no way to go in trying to lose weight. You will miss out on essential nutrients; you’ll get fatigued and crave for more food when next you are eating. You only benefit in the short term but gain more weight in long term.
