You can use weight gainers if you are bent on gaining weight..i use serious mass i would suggest..gives about 1000 calories in one serving.
you would add as much as 7 kg in a month... i weight 102... muscle weight though

avoid decline bench press.. this worsens man boobs..
increase your inclined press.. doing only this for a few months if i will suggest..high reps..
widen your grip to increase your chest muscular spread.. watch your man boob dissapear

lastly refrain from drug use

stick with whey.. creatine and bcaa..
