Oga wake up from you slumber jor. The point is fairly use material some phone that last few weeks is having problem. Buying a fairly use material is at your own risk. It might be working fine but immediately the possession have been handed over something might go wrong to it.. I opted not to buy any electronic that is fairly use because I use to buy them at Westminster but the last phone I bought to the hell of money out from me.. So there no place or where to get the best fairly use material.. All I can say is cavet emptor.

Thanks for your enquiry. In our present world, proximity has been defeated by Technology. U can be in Australia and own a farm in Nigeria(2continents apart). So to me residing in Lagos and establishing a farm in Ogun is not a bad idea. What should bother you is the security of the location you intend sitting your farm. If your farm is secure yu can go home and sleep with your two eyes close.
so when sitting a farm, the first thing you want to enquire is the security of the place after which yu consider the soil fertility/ nutrients. If these two issues are taken care of we are good to go.

we can take care of the later for u but can't take care of the former.
