It's surprising the author noticed this one year after this occurence. I guess we have lot of jobless people who have nothing to do but increase their post count on this board. Just an observation. |
Rumour if not immediately debunked could spell doom. First, they rumoured S. Arabia. Now, It's S. africa! Na wa o |

JT PICKS UP FIFPRO AWARD John Terry received his FIFPro World XI award before the start of the match against Newcastle United on Saturday. The PFA's Bobby Barnes presented the award to the captain, who is the only player to have been nominated into the World XI on the four consecutive seasons since members began voting in 2005. More than 45,000 professional football players from all over the world had been invited by FIFPro ( Fedération Internationale des Footballeurs Professionels) to choose the strongest team of the 2007/08 season. Cristiano Ronaldo was chosen FIFPro World Player of the Year. The FIFPro World XI is: Goalkeeper - Iker Casillas (Spain/ R Madrid) Defenders - Sergio Ramos (Spain/ R Madrid), John Terry (England/ Chelsea), Carles Puyol (Spain/ Barcelona) and Rio Ferdinand (England/ Man United) Midfielders - Steven Gerrard (England/ Liverpool), Xavi (Spain/ Barcelona) and Ricardo Kaká (Brazil/AC Milan). Dis one resemble ajebo! |
How come we had SAF and Saha speaking so well of Villa before kick off? |
Gallas still has a 'future': "Of course he has a future at the club, but the less we talk the better it is," manager Wenger told BBC. "We can change a captain without having to make a political issue of it." |
Ah ah. ' was searching for that statement Freddie ljunberg made after signing for west ham - " Two years ago when I signed my last contract we talked a lot about the future and about bringing great players to the club. Despite building the new stadium we wanted to stay top in England and do well in Europe. For me that didn't really happen." similar reason Henry gave. It appears the board is satisfied just being among the top 4 and having missed chances at the UCL each year. They've not giving AW a "hit or fire" objective in the past few seasons. These young lads would just thank AW for giving them the opportunity to play at the big stage and zoom off to another club. AW should stop deceiving himself. After AGBOLAHAN spoke so confidently that they were gonna pick a win at emirates before the kick off last week, it seems every team has gotten the "we surely can beat them" attitude against arsenal. Tougher times ahead. . . |
He'll probably get another club to play "spirited" football. January 's just some weeks from now. |
Mr. Nateevs e don do for now na. Make una take small rest okay? |
Frustration must have led his public outburst. If they can't hear his concerns internally, why can't he voice out? This scenario playing out now reminds me of a section of Ashley Cole's book! |
It's safe to say that AW's investment in the "young shall grow" is a total sham. It's time he faced reality. |

Dayo 's gone crazy! AW captain from the bench? Hilarious! |
23 shots. No goal? This is getting crazy. Fulham had better not mess us up. |
Muki, i never knew this was the kinda half you told us all to watch out for! Thanks cossie. What a perfect evening! |
From 2 nil to 3 nil! This is surely the best time for arsenal to come to the bridge! |

He he he. Second half is really coming. Perhaps we might see no shot on goal! |
Ha ha ha. Doesn't he know what PATIENCE & TOLERANCE is? Perhaps he was so used to the WINNING mentality that he wondered why these guys couldn't emulate that. ALMUNIA seems to be a quiet type. |
As i'd expect, ALMUNIA 's now your captain. |
Guess the guy was frustrated "toddlers 6 years younger than him" can't give him d respect he expected |
I've always said that these french guys always have problem speaking 'english'. From Drogba to Anelka to Cissè to Gallas now! His own gibberish has finallY landed him in trouble. His uncontrollable attitude also irritated JM. |
Fbs, There's always this disagreement over shots on target and shots off target. Some of what you call chances are not regarded as "shots on targets" by Fifa. |
Call him Olodo for not knowing hoW to identify something. |
