Health › Re: Parts Of Your Body That You Are Not Cleaning Correctly by Mutuwa(m): 9:18pm On Sep 27, 2016
BIBILARY:
You might believe that a bath every day is enough to keep your body clean, but not really if you fail to clean these 7 body parts. Most of time we clean our body but not heels or elbows, which in turn become dark and dry. So the next time you have a bath, don’t forget these parts!

#1 Elbows
Have you looked closely at your arms -- don't your elbows look darker and drier? It is because you often tend to not clean it properly. It looks dark mostly because of the buildup of dead skin cells, which you can get rid of by exfoliating the area. So every time you have a bath, use an exfoliating cream and rub a loofah over your elbow to wash off the dead cells. You can even use lemon juice to lighten your elbows. After exfoliating, don't forget to apply a moisturiser to soften the skin around your elbows.

.
#2 Heels
How often do you clean your heels? once in a week or only during a pedicure session? Well, you should be doing it every day to have smooth, soft heels and prevent cracked heels. One of the common causes of cracked heels is improper foot care and use of harsh chemicals that make them dry. While bathing, soak your feet in warm water before applying foot scrub or soap on the heels. Let it remain for 2 -3 minutes before you clean your heels with a scrubber or callus remover. Wash your feet with water, and do this routine daily for clean and smooth heels.

#3 Neck
You might be cleaning the neck but not the back of the neck, especially at its base. That's the reason why your neck looks darker compared to the rest of the body. While your neck is exposed to the environmental pollutants and chemicals all day long with sweat, it goes without saying that you need clean it properly every day. To clean it, apply soap on the front and back of the neck (including its base) and move your hands from bottom to the top of the neck and vice-versa to remove dirt.

#4 Ears
You might clean ear wax once a month but do you ever clean your ears while bathing? Yes, you need to clean your ears with soap and water every day to remove dirt and prevent wax build-up. Also, cleaning your ear regularly lowers your risk of ear infections. As you bathe, tilt your head to the right and splash some water gently in the right ear and clean it. Now do the same with the left ear. After you are done, remove the excess water with the help of a dry towel or cotton bud. Don’t forget to clean your ears regularly.

#5 Knees
Ever wondered why your knees are slightly darker than your thighs or legs? Again, the answer is lack of exfoliation. Also, back of the knees is least attended, leading to accumulation of dirt and sweat, which in turn increase your risk of infection and in some cases, leads to itching. All you need to do is apply soap and scrub your knees with a loofah while bathing. And don’t forget to moisturise your knees to soften the skin.

#6 Back
To get a flawless back, use baby oil to remove black spots and uneven skin tone, Ensure you scrub your back properly to get rid of dirt and sweat that might lead to backne. As you apply body wash or soap on your back, scrub your back with the help of a loofah. Firstly, do it from top to bottom and then sideways to remove dead cells and accumulated dirt. And then wash it with warm water and pat it dry. You can even rub your back with a towel to it Do this daily and you don't have to think twice to wear backless outfits this season.

#7 Private parts
The last but the most important body parts you should clean every day with proper care is your penis and vargyna. one should clean the vargyna from front to back (vargyna to anus) and not the other way round to prevent infections. Also, avoid using harsh soaps to clean your vargyna and do not scrub, but clean it gently. Similarly, even guys need to clean their pennnes regularly to avoid any infection

Career › Re: How I Got Punished For Dreaming To Be A Journalist (photo) by Mutuwa(m): 9:13pm On Sep 27, 2016
ayokujero:
Tonight I was asked what class I am, and my reply was am in SS1. I was further asked SS1 what? And I replied SS1 Art.

Further questions proceed to know my dream career.
I answered and said I want to be a Journalist and my twin sister want to study Law.

I was queried that why did I choose journalism over Law and I said I love News as that is what am currently participating in at school.

I got my fair share of punishment when I was asked to get my jotter and my pen to listen as well as write the comments made by 2 United States Presidential candidate (Hilary Clinton and Donald Trump).

After painful 45mins into the interview I got tired and I could bearly write praying that this punishment should stop.

This is my punishment for dreaming to be a Journalist and my name is Joachim Ushiekpan and am 12years old in SS1.

I see nothing wrong in paying for her education.
I would be a proud person, even if she ditched me.

Truth is she would never forget her source to life, even when the enmity between us is obvious.

She can only lie to others about it,but cannot lie to herself.

PhilJames:
We know that people hardly know everything about their partners at the
beginning of a relationship, because
most times, couples are not willing to
disclose everything about themselves
from the outset. Let’s say you’re in
the middle of a serious relationship
and discover your partner once had a
blood covenant with an erstwhile
lover, would you go ahead and marry
that person?
I thought blood covenant were " till death do us apart"?
If so,why would she/he severe the relationship with the Ex and fall for you?

Why didn't they go ahead to marry?save for the fact that he is demised,in which case I may marry her.

What if that faithful girl, is too dumb to understand the fact that you have a side chick(s),because you have designed your cheating pattern to be a bit difficult for her to just catch you?

Secondly, stop believing in all what your girlfriend says,or agrees with.As a man,her intelligence should be your common sense!

doesn't make sense.. these are even periods when the dirty ones bathe and clean themselves to flaunt a vague picture of themselves to gullible and vulnerable men.how do you expect them to say "No" on such periods.

the always clean and normal ones would always have a man/Men by their side.

The interior of the newly commission train services is lovely and the station itself is built with a world class standard. I love this. I must appreciate the Goodluck Jonathan Administration for starting it and also appreciate the current government for completing. They have all tried.

The speed of the Train is about 150 km per hour and can carry 330 persons at a time. But try Nigerians and see, after 3 months you will find out that the train is carrying over 600 persons because some people may prefer to stand grin grin
wink

i stand to be corrected though.but I don't think Nigerians can run down the coaches as fast as you think.see the project (according to an article I read sometime ago) empowers the Chinese to run the train services for 25 years, before it reverts back to the FG.

I was on that train before the commission, precisely some few days to the sallah break.I was at the station even before the tickets attendants came to start the daily free ticket issuing. This Chinese are very prompt.you board by 7:30 and by 8.00 it starts moving regardless of who didn't show up.by 8:15 we were in kubwa, spent 5 min to pick and drop, then left for Asham, then Jere,Gidan busa, dutse, kakau and then rigasa in kaduna state.every substation stopped was just for 5 min and no more.

by 11.10 we were in rigasa, and I learnt it will just spend 20 minutes and head back to abuja.

Inside the coach is good.the attendants had to make sure the toilets were well used, and always kept close eyes on passengers and their behaviors.

i think if the Chinese will hold the system this long, under their auspice, the Nigerians will have be indoctrinated on how its being operated as well as time consciousness for a while at least.
