So faction don enter Mosque?interesting.

At the end of the day, all religious faiths are the same at the top, with a strong power struggle for the juicy positions of who takes charge of the affairs.

This is very common in Churches, but did not know it happened at Mosques too. Was reading the other day, how some Young Pastors at the Redeem are playing to push a certain Pastor to Head the Church, when Adeboye is no more, and even the Adeboye looks to me like somebody who might live forever.

Since we are here having this discussion, i have a question to the Catholics. Why was the other "LIVING POPE" removed?some say has a wife and kids, is that true? i do not like secrets, so the Catholics should come here and answer me.
Factions had been in existence tey tey.

Talk about the positive effects of the crackdown on Corrupt judges.

People now feel the need to expose them because chances are that something could be done about it. Unlike what was obtainable in the past.

And what does that depict our Judicial system to be?. A sector that has lost its glory. Where judgement can be compromised. Indeed this negates the saying that "The Law Court is the Last Hope of the Common Man". Be that as it may, I still believe that judgement in a law court is reached via synergy of the Judges and Jury ceterus peribus. Though the Judges have the final say in the proceeding they ought to show transparency in their verdict. Thanks bro!
Well put together.
Thanks as well.. wink

All judges are experienced lawyers, no doubt about that. But does a judge has the temerity to rule against one whose fact supposedly should favor his ciient? That would amount to abuse of prerogative and attracts penalty. Besides the attaiment of the "Justice cadre" must have a start. Being a lawyer serving as the take off. So take Counsels not as triffles.
So what do you think has been happening all this while?
Is it now that NJC woke up from their slumber?

Anyways whosoever has the final say (Judge) is the boss. The lawyer can only appeal,or accept the court ruling and or judgement. So he is neither a triffle nor a strong holder,he is simply at the mercy of the court,in some cases, even on the face of glaring evidence.

The verdict to be taken is culled up from who's fact? The lawyers. The defensive role they play to their clients alone proves them to be knowlegeable in law. A judge can't rule against one if the facts provided, evidently favours one, lest he be charged of pervasion. Mind you, a Judge does not act on solitary ground in dispatch of verdict rather acts on facts provided and also with the aid of the gentle members of the jury. So stop overhyping the authority of the judges.
All Judges are trained lawyers mind you,but even amongst them he the judge is a more greater lawyer. He has absolute discretion whether the lawyer adumbrates all the Law in this world.

The judge in his wisdom would just have to make the lawyer see things from his own side, after which he may either appeal or keep shut and flow with a persuasive judgment.

And who told you that a Lawyer is not he who knows the law? Mind you the attainment of the title legal counsel involves exensive studies of the Law. That's why they are addressed as "Learned Gentlemen". Any cousel that is ignorant of the law is then no certified lawyer. Upon violation of the law, lawyers' verdict are formidable because they are assumed to know thn law by the general public.
And who has the absolute discretion to decide on the lawyers verdict?

I follow up all news in the judiciary.Judges are not alpha and omega.

But please try to appear before them as some one who is faultless, but railroad by the police and you will know why you need them and the same police that brought you before them,in your family, when your lawyer cannot avert you from being incarcerated, even if it is for an hour.

I don't want to make him feel bad, but he can't let himself go indefinitely!

I adore my boyfriend of six years. He's intelligent, accomplished, emotionally mature, kind, loving, and funny. But: He's fat.

When we first started dating, he was a very hot, very muscular mountaineering guide. Now he's a lawyer, and most of the muscle has turned into fat. When he gets home from work, he sits on the couch, drinking beer and watching bad TV. He'll do that for an entire weekend if I don't persuade him to get out and do things. Our sex life has almost always been thrilling, but the laziness and fatness are enormous turnoffs.
I'm an athlete and go to the gym at 5 A.M. every day before my job (which we agree is even more demanding than his). Though I'm still madly in love with him, I find myself looking at in-shape men. Superficial, I realize! I drop hints, and it never goes well. Is there a way to tell him to shape up? I work hard to stay sexy; shouldn't he? I don't want to make him feel bad, but he can't let himself go indefinitely! —My Sexy Man's Gone to Seed.

Romance › Re: Is It Right To Care About The Happiness Of An Ex After Leaving Her? by Mutuwa(m): 9:31pm On Oct 03, 2016
marvelck:
At times, you cant but want the best for an ex you are no longer with. Especially if you were the one that broke his or her heart. Out of guilt, you will always wish her to be happy, to find love again or have a fulfilled life afterwards. Its only someone who is heartless that wont care or show concern about an ex, he or she brought so much pain upon. I've seen guys rejoicing whenever they hear an ex is getting married or dating again. It gives one a kind of closure or relief. And do help to reduce the guilt one feels for hurting an ex so bad. Hurting someone is painful enough, not to talk of seeing the person as an enemy or someone you've never met before in your life. Which is common with girls. Who probably do so, either not to expose their bad side/past or so as to be able to move on smoothly
While some people are wise, some are otherwise.
If I must care for an EX why can't I woo her back?
I believe that if one is in a relationship and wants to put out or had so done,he/she shouldn't say it over, while you revisit it again, act it is over and move on.After all,no relationship is a waste of time, the bad ones prepare you for the best to come.

But when a guy/girl does what you just wrote,he is still a slave to his/her emotions which the other party controls.I won't blame them, for they have a fragile heart.

It could be anyone you know.

Those aforementioned people have their roles to play if they are family members but they cannot play a lawyer's role. I mean Solicitors and Barristers.
Agree they do.But who instigates a criminal proceeding which is more attention calling in Nigeria, then a civil one?The police. He will have to go his way to avoid his family member from reaching the court.

The Magistrate/judge has the discretion to simplify his family member bail,or strike out the case,if it gets to the court.

The military will always have a role to play as well.

Don't forget that a lawyer is not a person that knows the Law,but knows where to find the Law.It is for the court to know the Law and the lawyer can only appeal or keep mute if the ruling and judgment of the court twists to the other side.

He may have his day like you rightly put,but I would prefer my aforementioned professionals. wink
