Wait till next month (April) for the NBS release of the complete report. Oh, so you're that guy that was ready to fight me over whether Anambra is more populated than River huh? How many monikers do you use on this forum? For real, how many? This has to be the fifth time I'm encountering you with a different moniker. Well, shebi dem go conduct census next year? Ehn.. wait till then to get the correct answer (though I already know what the outcome'll be). In anycase, just prepare to eat crow.
hmmm, see as you mellow down small. Good you are now growing up. why should we use NBS data in April and wait till another census on the population thing?? well, we shall see by next census. Meanwhile there is something wrong with your incomplete IGR report. The data for Abia, Anambra, Oyo, Rivers, Ebonyi and many others are exactly the same figure as their 2015 figure, which means no data at all for 2016 for those states, You are using a data without any figure for Oyo to substantiate your claim on Oyo.

Dude you need to quit exposing your ignorance all over the place, o.k? Oyo state has YET TO RELEASE it's total IGR figures for 2016 so quit touting the 2015 numbers.

^^^ There's the recent (though incomplete) report for 2016. Shock me by actually reading through it this time, will you? Damn you're stvpid.
.
what do i need incomplete report for? meanwhile can we now accept that anambra is more populated than rivers and not an abandoned shithole like you said since you are now quoting same source (for incomplete report)

I can see I'm dealing with a completely steupid fellow. Did you hear me bother to critique the feasibility of Ikpeazu's projections? Whether he starts collecting 2.5-billion by December really doesn't add nor subtract a single penny from my bank account. In other words, I don't give a flipping fvck, Negro undecided

Now, why you on the other hand are beefing Oyo for simply doing the exact same thing Abia just did -- make a projection -- defies sound and basic logic. You gat mad issues dude. Real talk.
I have no problem with the projections. Anybody can even project 100 trillion per day. Feasibility of any projections being subjected to criticism is not a crime. Lol, still enjoying your childish curses

Envy? You are joking, right? What is there to envy in enugu 'politics'? I want to correct the erroneous impression frm amarabae that a polity where there is no opposition is synonymous with a 'working' govt. I hope u witnessed the US election of Trump and all the drama, insults, backbiting, and brickbats that accompanied and continues to accompany it. Political civility is not the lack of a vibrant opposition, rather it is playing politics within the confines of the laws of the land. Enugu state has no politics. It is just a civilian dictatorship with a docile citizenry as rubber-stamp onlookers.
drama such as burning government house or kidnapping the governor, or wasting innocent bloods at a crusade ground, etc, why did it not get you the coveted office in the old anambra state?

Gosh! This is why I hate dealing with ret..ards. You didn't read the report again did you? Why must y'all reduce virtually everything into a stvpid dick measuring contest? Oyo state has the largest landmass in the entire Southern Nigeria and generates BILLIONS via its Ministry of Lands alone, which hitherto was corruptly siphoned by civil servants. Here again is the breakdown since you're obviously too lazy to read:

[/b]

This has already gone into effect since the budget was last presented so I don't understand what you're talking about Abia having already realized its target (like I give a funk anyway). Whether Ikpeazu is able to collect up to N2.5-billion in IGR by December is really not my cup of tea and even if he does then more power to him. If Oyo can just hit N40-N50-billion IGR I'll be straight, that's what matters to me. Personally, I don't give a fvck about y'all.
Lol, Land mass?? In that case Niger state will generate 5 trillion. Lmfao at the bolded.

Perhaps if you had read the news report in the link I attached, you would've seen that the Oyo state government mentioned how it intends to increase the IGR to meet its target. Meanwhile, Abia has already realized theirs before targeting while oyo is targeting based on "if", see the difference??by the way Oyo IGR is 15bn not 18bn. I even love the way you curse out of frustration. It is your duty to present all possible information to defend your bogus claim, not mine

There. Fixed.

To answer your question, you'd have to ask Ikpeazu why he's targeting N2.5-billion (from barely 1-billion and less previously) and not N20-billion. undecided Perhaps the Oyo state government is just more ambitious that's all. Just saying. undecided
He targeted 2.5 billion from 1+ billion after discovering a source of revenue in his state that had not been credited to the state treasury and calculated based on the actual additional revenue it will bring. Oyo is targeting 9 billion from 1+ based on merely being ambitious. OK

Look here guy, there's no harm/nothing wrong in being ambitious. If Ikpeazu wasn't ambitious he wouldn't be targeting such a dramatic increase and even if he only manages to hit 2-billion sef na still pass mark. Same applies to Oyo -- if the state can hit even half of its projections that'll be more than awesome. Bad belle dey run belle.
Why can't OYO target 1 trillion so that if it hits one quater it will become Dubai?

You're a typical shitgbo loudmouth. Ikpeazu just projected his state hitting 2.5-billion monthly IGR by December, Oyo (a state with more than double Abia's population and GDP) also declared its own target and you're here foaming in the mouth about Oyo's projections? Abeg wetin concern you? Get a life punk. It's nobody's fault that your useless and good for nothing market states have been and continue to underperform and live below expectation dude. Upon all the noises you all make about largest market in Africa e.t.c, Aba is still a pigsty with hardly any good road, let's not even mention Onitsha the pollution capital of the world (one only needs to consult one of you guys many threads by Abia and Anambra e-warriors for that). Ogun and Oyo keep attracting Nigerians from all over in droves with an ever increasing population continue because they have robust economies while your own states keep getting depopulated by your youths as they see no future in that hellhole of a region -- there's nothing more to do there than to trade (you people are already abandoning trading sef for drug-trafficking undecided lipsrsealed), even after your leaders keep shouting that you all should return home, una still dey flee in droves. Those are the clear and irrefutable facts that no amount of empty chest-beating can change. Now Choke on that.
Like i said, good for them, they are free to target 1 trillion per day. From 15 to 107, very good target. Are you not the same person that was foaming in the mouth as usual because NBS date placed Anambra higher than Rivers population, same depopulated shithole that everbody has fled?? Do you know that IBadan, Akure and Ilorin airports put together has less than half the air traffic in Owerri despite Owerri airport being 30 munites from PH airport?? Now you are quoting NBS on what it did not say. Last NBS data said OYo got 15bn per year, so let them continue targeting until we see the next one

LOL. Enugu is a state that has no vibrant opposition. That is why things seem quiet there and their governors are perceived to be 'working'. The ppl swallow whatever they are given as they are too politically docile and financially handicapped to properly scrutinize their governments. Don't be fooled.
Lol, you envy our civility and maturity. Even in the old Anambra state, it was still the docile and handicapped people that ruled. It is not by noise and gra gra

Ehr.. Ogun already generated $28-billion within 6-months in 2016 (that's already an average of $4.5-billion monthly from a non-oil producing state where many of its industries are still enjoying their tax holidays and yet to start paying taxes to the state government cheesy) and probaby doubled that by the end of same year, that's according to most recent NBS data.

While Oyo is targeting N107-billion this year N107, so our own ambition in that regard pass una own, by far.

2.5 billion a year ?

Ogun and oyo respectively without oil are generating more than that in 3months
Where did you see 2.5 billion a yearhuh are you daft?? Monthly revenue to reach 2.5 billion by december does not mean 2.5 billion per year. Enugu IGR thrashed Oyo IGR by far, despite all your "investors", Enugu has no oil too. As for ogun, it is just the Lagos extension they are enjoying, what do they have in abeokuta?? If Abia recover what has been stolen from them they will thrash Ogun by far
