If you don't have your birth certificate then you need to get an affidavit... I think its called declaration of age or so... I'm not too sure what it's called.

The only thing you need to prove that you are married to your husband is legit marriage certificate not change of name. And as for your kids, the only proof you need is your name on their birth certificate as their mom.

Do change of name so your hubby name will reflect on your passport. Then you can always attach change of name avidavit and news paper publication as supporting docs to all your applications

Please I need help here, I want to do my international passport for the first time. Where I need help here is : I have been married for over 10 years, I have not done any change of name. That's i have been answering my father's name. So now that I want to do my international passport, what name do I use? Do I use my husband's name or continue with my father's name which is in all my school documents. But I am also going to file my husband and kids as dependants. Please, how do I go about it. Thanks

While a small percentage of schools require credential evaluation, a large percentage of schools do not require credential evaluation for admissions.

This means, you do not need WES evaluation for study purpose.
