After the 2015 elections, Wike lost at the Tribunal and at the Appeal Court but won at the Supreme Court.

Ikpeazu too, lost at the Tribunal and Appeal Court but won at the Supreme Court.

After the 2019 elections, Uzodimma lost at the Tribunal and Appeal Court but won at the Supreme Court.

I hope that with these few points of mine, I’ve been able to prove to you that that a plaintiff lost at the lower courts doesn’t mean he must lose at the Supreme Court. And that’s why we want impartial judges without any emotional attachment to either side of the divide.

Is that too much to ask?
