A fertility clinic and baby factory are two different things.

A baby factory is illegal and people go there to BUY BABIES!!! not do IVF or Surrogacy

Baby factory not only supply babies to babyless mothers, some of them sell to ritualist if the money weigh well.

The lie they tell women is what I am explaining.

The baby factory pays the biological mother 500,000 and uses 1.5 as running cost. (I am not defending these people. Just giving you an idea of how it works)

Well I think these are burning issues that our lawmakers should legislate on..

They can give confidentiality to the parties involved in adoption process, and have proper documented agreement handle by ministry of women affiars, or welfare department

Right now abortion is illegal, Baby factory is also illegal, surrogacy is very expensive same as IVF.. the least the government can do is to make adoption process easier and less shamefull

The peculiarities are not just legislation.

In Lagos for example, adoption is difficult becsuse there are more parents than babies and people don't usually want kids over a certain age.

In Lagos, there are unscheduled visitations (which they are serious about) to make sure these kids are treated right and not abused, violated or treated in ways different from your other kids. (This is one of the Nigerian factors. A couple has issues with childbirth, adopt then Obatala blessed them with a child and they turn the adopted one to househelp)

In Lagos, you can't travel abroad with an adopted child. (This is to prevent child trafficking and other such nonsense)

Now Ogun state has more relaxed laws on travelling with the chil
d but it is still strigent

I doubt you can travel out of Lagos with an adopted child without prior information to the ministry sef

Almost everything and parts of a new born baby is potent in making different charms

Plus the regulations around adoption is tight due to the peculiarities of Nigeria

They are sold to families who can't have babies for one reason or another. Or unsuspecting women under the guise of Ectopic pregnancy

In the second case, a woman who has had issues with conceiving goes to them, they inject her with meds that will cause accumulation of fluid in her belly then warn her not to do scan as the pregnancy is ectopic.

After nine months, they drug the mother up and present a baby from the factory as the baby she delivered.
