The quality of 'short notice' outputs indicates competence, or the lack thereof. The use of the word 'hilarious' in the statement is stupid.

Truth be told Nigeria has one of the best armed forces, but the ogas at the top are not motivating the boys, a soldier in the North east is still being short paid his allowances, boko haram that have been captured are being released as repentant, tell.me how those boys will be motivated, what the big men are after is how to steal and eat soldiers money.
The day this soldiers turn their back and say enough to the ogas things will change for better, and also mind you the northerners are not telling themself the truth, many of them are sympathetic to boko haram because of religion.

Our soldiers salary should be a shame to the federal government.
