The woman claimed to have travelled to another state just to visit a man only to find a boy who is not even a teenager.

The lady identified by her Twitter handle as @Nobodyvexx recounted how she travelled all the way from Calabar, Cross River state to Enugu state just to visit a man she has been chatting up.

@Nobodyvexx expressed that she got to the place only to find out that she had been chatting with a 12-year-old boy.

So I wasted my Transport fare from Calabar to Enugu only to find out That have been chatting with 12 years old boy

An old and rare photo of Maryam Babangida, wife of General Ibrahim Badamasi Babangida, with Princess of Wales, Diana, the mother of Prince William and Prince Harry of the British royal family has emerged.

The photo showed Maryam Babangida and Princess Diana together at an event. The two were seen walking together in one photo and talking to each other in another photo.

It was gathered that the event that the photos were taken from took place at Tafawa Balewa Square in Surulere area of Lagos state, on March 16, 1989.
Princess Diana was seen rocking a dress made by Alistair Blair while Babangida's wife was rocking an ankara outfit allegedly styled by Folorunsho Alakija, who is now the richest woman in Nigeria.

Cristiano Ronaldo has been named as the highest paid celebrity on Instagram beating the likes of Lionel Messi, Zlatan Ibrahimovic, Neymar and Ronaldinho.

The 34-year-old earned a staggering £38million on the social media platform last year which doubled that of his long time rival Messi.

A recent study shows that out of the major celebrities around paid to promote products on Instagram, Ronaldo has been the highest earner by far.

A number of posts from last year was looked at by the authors of the study Buzz Bingo, and it proved that Ronaldo's 34 sponsored posts earned £38.2m making it £780,000 per post.

While Messi's 36 posts on the social media platform earned him £18.7m in total resulting to £518,000 in every posts made.
Reality TV star Kendall Jenner is the third with £12.7m at £489,000 per post while retired footballer David Beckaham is ranked fourth.

There was chaos, last night, in Ikotun, #LagosState, as SARS operatives arrest #Davido’s P.A, Aloma, while visiting his mother.

Aloma and Small Doctor had stormed Ikotun together, making the area erupt with excitement among residents.

However, shortly after Small Doctor left, SARS operatives stormed the area to arrest the youth that came out to identify with their own.
Aloma was arrested alongside many others and he ended up being assaulted by the officers, who also stole his 30BG and EMB chains. He was, however, freed some minutes later after he identified himself.

Spain's supreme court has sentenced nine Catalan political leaders to prison, with sentences varying between nine and 13 years.

They have been found guilty of crimes of sedition and misuse of public funds due to their roles in the independence referendum that was organised and held without the federal government's approval on October 1, 2017, and FC Barcelona have criticised these rulings.

"FC Barcelona, as one of the leading entities in Catalonia and in accordance with its historical record for the defence of freedom of expression and the right to decide, today, after the condemnatory ruling issued by the supreme court in relation to the open process against the Catalan civic and political leaders, states the following," the statement started.

"In the same way that the preventive prison sentence didn't help to resolve the conflict, neither will the prison sentence given today, because prison is not the solution.

"The resolution of the conflict in Catalonia must come exclusively from political dialogue.

"Therefore, now more than ever, the club asks all political leaders to lead a process of dialogue and negotiation to resolve this conflict, which should also allow for the release of convicted civic and political leaders.

"FC Barcelona also expresses all its support and solidarity to the families of those who are deprived of their freedom."

For a start, i’ll recommend their Asaro and peppered gizzard.

Hubmart may look posh and ghen ghen on the outside. But its not as expensive as it looks, the great thing about Hubmart is the selection of continental dishes as well as local dishes. For breakfast, you can get a good sandwich and if you are feeling like a treat at noon, you can also try their spagetti Bolognese. Many Supreme Court justices don’t get up to 12 hours of sleep on a daily basis, the chief justice of Nigeria, Ibrahim Tanko Muhammad, has said.

The CJN made the assertion when he received the Senate committee on judiciary in his Abuja office on Friday, October 11, The Cable reports.

Gathers that Muhammad said a lot of cases would suffer if justices were to sleep for 12 hours daily, as recommended by stress managers.

He said: “Believe me, many of us do not sleep for the recommended 12 hours by stress managers.

“We don’t write judgment merely by stating that so, so, so and so cases were filed by this and that, and end it up by saying appeal is hereby dismissed or upheld.
“We have to give reasons, which is the bedrock of judgment writing. If I’m to sleep for 12 hours, a lot of cases will suffer.”

The CJN added that the funds allocated to the judiciary were not enough to cater for the arm of government he leads.
He said: “If you see the amount allocated to the judiciary, it is far less than what is given to some ministries.”
The CJN, who disclosed this at a special session to mark the beginning of the 2019 to 2020 legal year, maintained that his administration would not tolerate the disobedience of binding court orders.

A Nigerian man identified as Victory Mokwuye has shared a video on his Instagram page claiming that he met a homeless Nigerian man who seemed to be mentally unstable in a market in India.
The man shared a lengthy caption with the video narrating what happened. According to him, he met the man identified as Ugwu Stanley Ugochukwu at a market in New Delhi, India.
Mokwuye took to his Instagram page on Wednesday, October 9, revealing that he met Ugochkwu at Uttam Nagar market after he was discharged from the hospital.
In the post, Mokwuye noted that the man is unstable mentally and has no contact with his family. He added that two Indian men told him that Ugochukwu is homeless and he sleeps in motor parks or uncompleted buildings.
The man called on Nigerians to help the homeless man however they can. He said the man is staying with him but he has refused to stay longer.
