Assuming the child came after Mohbad's death, it would have been a different case, Mohdad's father or family can request for DNA test, but in this case, Mohbad named his son and did not question his paternity. No other person can question that afterwards. The child's right and dignity must be protected by the law even if he is a bastard.

The childs dignity and identity is already in contention. Dont u think the law can protect him by clarify his true identity?
