Algeria are through to the final of the 2019 African Cup Of Nations after a 2-1 win over Nigeria in the Semi-finals, MySportDab reports.

With the tie heading for extra time, Manchester City forward Mahrez whipped a fierce set-piece into the top corner.

A William Troost-Ekong own goal had given Algeria the lead before Odion Ighalo's penalty levelled the scores.

Algeria will face Senegal, who earlier beat Tunisia thanks to an extra-time own goal, in the final on Friday.

A Cricket World Cup Final streaker has failed to invade the pitch, and it’s the same Vitaly Uncensored jokers that struck at the Champions League final, MySportDab reports.

Vitaly Uncensored have tried to strike at the Cricket World Cup final at Lord’s, but failed to invade the pitch.

A woman was seen being prevented from entering the field between the advertising boards and the boundary line.

While being tackled, she revealed the Vitaly Uncensored logo; the same group that invaded the pitch in Madrid, at the Champions League final.

The woman that tried to make it onto the outfield at Lord’s was the mum of Vitaly Zdorovetsky - the YouTuber behind Vitaly Uncensored.

The pitch invader at the European Cup final in May worea skimpy swimsuit advertising the Russian porn pranking website and had to be escorted off the pitch bysecurity.


That pitch invader was Kinsey Wolanski, the girlfriend of Vulitsky's son Vitaly Zdorovetskiy, who set up the x-rated website.

Simona Halep has won the 2019 Wimbledon after defeating rival Serena Williams 2-6 2-6 in the final today, MySportDab reports.

Halep dominated from the start, winning the first four games.

That gave her a double break and she never looked back, waltzing to the first set 6-2.

Serena Williams, who has seeking to equal the all-time record of 24 Grand Slam singles titles, came out for the second set with more determination.

But the American was not at the races and Halep won the second set 6-2 too to win her first ever Wimbledon title.

After the match, Serena Williams admitted she was beaten by the better woman today.

She said: “She played out of her mind, congratulations Simona.

“It was a little deer in the headlights for me.

Manchester United legend Dimitar Berbatov posted a comical video on Instagram of him saving his daughter from being struck by a stray football, MySportDab reports.

The slow motion clip shows Berbatov rebounding the ball off a wall inside his family home before stretching to control it as it flies precariously close to his daughter's head.

The Bulgarian was renowned for his delicate first touch on the football field, and looked relieved to pluck the ball out of the air as it headed towards his daughter.

Barcelona have officially confirmed the signing of forward Antoine Griezmann from Atletico Madrid, MySportDab reports.

Griezmann has been a long-term target for Manchester United and but the clause could now price them out of any future deal.

The World Cup winner, 28, has signed a five-year deal with the Spanish giants after they activated the £107m clause in his deal with Atleti.

"FC Barcelona has paid the 120 million euro buyout clause to release Antoine Griezmann from Atlético Madrid," a statement read on their official website.

"The player will sign a contract with his new club for the next five seasons, through to 30 June 2024, with a buyout clause of 800 million euros.

"We will shortly be publishing the full schedule for the presentation of Antoine Griezmann as a new member of the Barca first team."

United can almost certainly forget about signing Griezmann now despite tracking him for the past few years.

He becomes Barcelona’s third signing of the summer following their £60m capture of Frankie de Jong from Ajax while right-back Emerson joined from Atletico Mineiro in Brazil.

They are also expected to try and re-sign Neymar from Paris Saint-Germain but players will probably need to be sold so they can fund a deal that could cost them up to £400m.

Philippe Coutinho remains surplus to requirements while Ousmane Dembele, Ivan Rakitic and Malcom could all be available.

Griezmann Saga! - MySportDab

Shortly after Barcelona announced the signing on Friday, Atletico responded by saying his buyout clause should have been 200m euros (£179m) - the value at the time they believe Griezmann and Barcelona began negotiating.

"Griezmann, represented by his lawyer, has appeared at the headquarters of the Professional Football League to unilaterally terminate the contract that links the player with Atletico, with Barcelona having deposited the sum of 120m euros in the name and on behalf of the footballer," they said in a statement.

"Atletico believes that the amount deposited is insufficient to meet its rescission clause, since it is obvious that the commitment of the player and Barcelona was closed before the aforementioned clause was reduced from 200 to 120 million euros.

Thousands of fans gathered together on the streets of New York to welcome back the United States women's World Cup winning team, MySportDab reports.

The USA beat the Netherlands 2-0 in Sunday's final in France to win the competition for a fourth time and retain the title they won in 2015.

Floats and an open-top bus took the players, who wore black T-shirts emblazoned with 'World Champions' in gold letters, through the streets of Lower Manhattan to a ceremony at City Hall.

The team players danced and cheered as they were welcomed to the stage at City Hall.

“We’re so excited to be here because we enjoy watching the team on TV and we enjoy, like, feeling proud,” one young girl who attended the parade told CBS2’s Cindy Hsu.

Tunisia Goalkeeper Mouez Hassen refused to come off in the AFCON game against Ghana in shocking scenes in Egypt, MySportDab reports.

Head coach Alain Giresse had clearly planned for spot-kicks, favouring his reserve keeper Farouk Ben Mustapha over Mouez Hassen.

Former Liverpool Striker Daniel Sturridge has released an incredible video in which he begs for his dog back after his house in Los Angeles was ransacked, MySportDab reports.

Sturridge uploaded a clip of himself showing off the back door to his house in West Hollywood, which had been smashed to pieces as part of the raid.

And he asked for the return of his dog, known as Lucky Lucci, a Pomeranian with husky markings — supposedly the only one in the world, during the video.

In the video posted on his social media account, watching on social media, Sturridge said: 'Listen, someone has broken into the house in LA, took my dog from the house. Listen, whoever knows who broke into my crib, I'll pay you anything, I'm dead serious.

Manchester United star Paul Pogba appeared to clash with team-mate Jesse Lingard after the club landed in Perth to start their pre-season tour, MySportDab reports.

All eyes have been on Pogba as he has been linked with a move away from Old Trafford to either Real Madrid or Juventus.

And it now appears he has clashed with team-mate Lingard ahead of pre-season training in Australia.

In a video shared by Manchester United's official Twitter account, Lingard and Pogba looked to exchange heated words with Lingard looking far from happy as his French team-mate took a step towards him.

Defenders Victor Lindelof put an arm around Pogba and got between the pair before the footage panned to another part of the group.

But fans quickly noticed what they had seen and pointed out the encounter between the team-mates on social media.

One said: “Pogba looks like he’s about to fight Lingard at 0:11 before Lindelof calms him down. Can’t tell if it’s real or not though.”

Another added: “Is it me or did I just see lindelof cut an argument between lingard and Pogba?”

Striker Alex Morgan showed off her dance moves as the best women's team in the world partied hard following their triumph, MySportDab reports.

The U.S. women's national team has celebrated their World Cup final win over the Netherlands in style with joint-captain Alex Morgan's dance moves stealing the show. 

As the players partied in the locker room following the 2-0 victory, Morgan was filmed holding a beer and twerking with all of her teammates cheering on wildly.

Brazil have won their first Copa America title since 2007 after a 3-1 win against Peru at the Maracana, MySportDab reports.

Richarlison scored from the spot to seal victory late on and send the home fans into raptures.

Brazil forward Gabriel Jesus was in tears just after being handed a red card by the referee for a shock challenge, MySportDab reports.

Jesus contested the decision for sometime on the pitch before heading to the tunnel in tears.

That is Jesus' first red card for Brazil, and just the second of his professional career.

USA have won the 2019 Women's World Cup after a final 2-0 win against Netherlands in France, MySportDab reports.

The United States were massive favourites and secured the win thanks to a penalty from Megan Rapinoe and fine Rose Lavelle effort.

USA, who knocked England out in the semi-final, won four years ago beating Japan 5-2 in the final.

The victory sees Jill Ellis’ side successfully defend their World Cup title won in 2015, while adding to triumphs in 1991 and 1999.

Their four titles is the most of any nation since the tournament began in 1991, with Germany the closest with two titles.

It also continues a run of dominance from the USWNT that has seen them lost just once in their last 45 matches – a 3-1 defeat to France last January, amassing a record of 39-1-5 over that span.

Liverpool superstar Mohamed Salah was left heartbroken and devastated following Egypt’s shock AFCON exit against South Africa, MySportDab reports.

England have finished 4th at the 2019 Women's World Cup after a 2-1 loss to Sweden today in a third place match ahead of tomorrow's final, MySportDab reports.

Sweden raced into a 2-0 lead at the Allianz Riviera, with Kosovare Asllani firing in in the 11th minute after an Alex Greenwood error and Sofia Jakobsson adding a fine strike just 11 minutes later.

MySportDab reports Phil Neville's Lionesses replied through Fran Kirby's effort just after the half-hour mark.

The ball was in the Sweden net again just two minutes later through Ellen White, however the goal was ruled out with VAR adjudging there to be a handball.White's frustration at the decision was clear, and it ended up a disappointing outing overall England.

That was despite the Lionesses, who had been beaten by USA in the semi-final, having much the the better of the second half.

Lucy Bronze came closest to forcing extra-time as she saw a late strike cleared off the line by Nilla Fischer.

Victory would have made the campaign in France England's joint-best performance at a Women's World Cup,four years on from them securing bronze for the first time in Canada.
