APC deceiving themselves, is appeal court higher than the supreme Court?

They now think Appeal court to be higher than Supreme Court and so should be obeyed against Supreme Court ruling.

Card readers can not be reproduced within 24hrs. There may be surplus in the headquarter but don't expect it to be running into hundred of thousands, because there may not be provision for unforeseen circumstances in the magnitude of offices and multiple container load of sensitive materials getting burnt across the country.
