I just got an admission to study Marketing (MS) at California Miramar Uni, firstly this university is very small compares to other uni in san diego california. secondly GRE or tofle was required and i ONLY APPLY TO THIS UNI. Now the issue is how can i answer if the VO ask why i only apply to one Uni? And also if i'm ask How did you know about the school? can i answer that i hear through Facebook ?

By saying "a PhD program can award you a MS after your pedagogy year....." I means it's possible for a non combined PhD program to award MS after pedagogy year. I wasn't talking of all programs. For example my wife is in a non combined PhD program, she was given a second MS in Dec 2015 and will finish the doctoral program next year. However, I hope everything is fine with the op.

of course I can pay the tuition and fees,half of the fees were waived for me cause of my good GMAT scores and BSC results;I presented my results from the business school in Germany. I applied to Northwestern university(Kellogg) and Yale university. I was offered full admissions in all but I decided to go for Howard cause they responded to me quicker. My mom lives in Washington too. And proving that am gonna come back;we all know not everybody will wanna come back after studies. I hope I do well tomorrow at least my Nigerian passport ain't virgin.

Hello guys. Please I may have a little problem with my nysc certificate. I am a corps member presently and would be leaving for graduate studies next fall. If I leave nysc half way or fail to obtain the certificate, what do I do when I return? Can I get an exemption letter or I have to do nysc all over again?

At this point in time I do not have a R.A. assistantship available for a Master's student, but things may change as I submit research proposals. Actually, Antarctica is an extreme, remote environment, and medical facilities are very limited.
Going to Antarctica as a worker or scientist who will stay for a long time must pass rigorous medical and dental examinations. Having appendix removed is not really a must, but because of the past experience, the stranded doctor that had appendicitis on an expedition on the antarctic decades back. That's why the idea was taken then that appendix must be checked or removed before working in Antarctica, you know like a precaution. If you go through the second page of the thread again, you will i posted that Antarctica takes large number of tourists annually and am so sure they are not removing their appendix. Same goes for the wisdom tooth, low level of dental care just in case.
