Don't be scared bro, the UK visa is actually one of the easiest (reasonable processing time) to get if you give the right documents genuinely, compose yourself well for their Skype interview, and have enough money in the account. Now to avoid the wahala why not have the money put in your account or parents account (where you can get a court affidavit stating they are your parents etc) to avoid any long ish?
They want to see that the course you are applying for is relevant to your profession or past studies, and also is a progression in some way from your previous studies.

What about someone who was refused a short term student visa twice last year, first was in May 2016 and second was June/July 2016. My application to attend the Kings College London summer school was rejected based on
1) I used my guardian as my sponsor but I didn't submit any evidence of his guardianship and also the origin of the fund in his account.
2) No relationship between my present course (economic) and my chosen summer school programme(Greek)

The second time when I apply using my uncle bearing same name with me.

2) No evidence of subsisting relationship with my uncle.
3) No evidence of tie to Nigeria because I was schooling in Ghana but applied for visa in Nigeria.

In view of this, I want to apply for tier 4 student visa soon, and I would like to confirm whether my past two refusals won't affect the future?
Also, can I change some information I entered on the Visa form when I'm applying for my tier 4, or they should remain the same?

I'm always scared each time I hear UK visa.

Just be sober with the School because you have come this far with them. They should be willing to issue a new CAS.

And about your school let them know the issue was with the the DATE of enrollment. and no harm from your part of the application. They should just issue a new CAS jare

Hello sorry about that, that is totally unfair not even considering any factor ( visa fee, uni start date etc). I just checked online and it says the administrative review takes 28 calendar working days from the day you apply. Please check this link properly from page 85

I also read online that you cannot add any further supporting document too, so I am not sure if you can add a letter. Apply ASAP and if possible fast and pray on this because it certainly doesn't make sense why they would just give flimsy excuses for no reason.

Finally I was refused entry clearance by ECO saying that I am not a genuine student under sub paragraph K of 245ZV. Reasons for the refusal are that, taking into consideration my gap studies (my last study date 2012) and vague answers during my interview. I was giving chance for admin review.
But honestly I strongly believe that the ECO decision was unjust because I submitted evidence of my employment reference letter where I have worked and CV that showed my activities since my last date of study. I also explained it to her during the interview
On the note of vague answer giving in my interview,Entry Clearance Assistant gave me an impromptu call for a second interview even while I was in an unfavorable environment I didn't actually know what the ECO wanted to hear from me but I am very sure I spoke clear and fast that she asked me to slow my pace while speaking so that she could type my statements. She further mentioned that the AC and noisy background of hers was producing echo. At the end of the interview she acted to have been satisfied with my answers. But at the end I was refused.

School was disappointed to see that as an excuse to refuse me but also classfied it under refusal because of credibility, therefore will not give me a second CAS unless I choose to go for admin review and is successful and that they won't get involve in the admin review.
This is really a sad feeling and frustrating
I was given a chance for admin review in my refusal letter, but the worry now is that admin review takes time to be processed, I might even miss out September intake If I choose to go for the review due to the delay in AR.
I HAVE ALREADY PUT UP A GOOD WRITE UP AGAINST ECO DECISION TO REFUSE ME ENTRY.

NO NO NO, you can not write on the application that you would be staying with a friend o, don't give them a reason to think something dodgy will happen. Is your friend in the London too or? You could possibly look for how to keep the required money for maintenance or I donno I am not too sure how it would work out perhaps someone else on here would be in a better position to answer that.
IHS is £150 pounds per course year e.g if it's a one year course it would be 150, if it's a three year course 150 x 3= 450 and vice versa, you need to pay with a dollar mastercard, find the limit for your bank. Most people use GTBANK dollar master card because their limit is over $1000 I think.

However my CAS reflects that I have £0 for accommodation and I intend to pay rent from my allowance. And I can only have access to the fund after I have registered. oh wow what a coincidence, I also applied for my tier 4 visa on the 14th, received an email from TLS on the 15th that the UKVI have received it. then 27th from Sheffield as well, Let's just hope it comes out next week the wait is killing me.

I applied on June 15 and received confirmation from tls the same date and that my application has been transferred. Then on June 27, I received another email from Sheffield that they just received my application and an officer will now process it.

I have applied several times for visiting visa to see him and I usuall receive the Sheffield email on the same day or next. Now my worry is that, when will the processing timeline start? Hey, I checked the university rankings and University of East Anglia is way up there compared to loughborough University. And 9000 pounds is way much lesser than 10,700. Trust me going to a highly ranked university has a satisfying edge, it's entirely up to you sha.

Hey dear, yes oh they said 15 days and I didn't pay for priority service. I assumed that in this case it would just probably fall in line with the previous 10 day rule but it's like they have become strict. Visa fee was 448 dollars and IHS usually 150 pounds per year (dollar equivalent). Say if your'e going for a five year course would be 150 x 5, if it's a one year course it would be 150 pounds. I donno why you couldn't pm me, i'll check.

Hey dear, yes ATAS is free, I got mine in exactly 16 days though they said 20 days not sure if it was working days again, and don't worry about references I don't think they even check self . Just make sure everything you put in there is correct most especially the proposed research topic and little detail of what it entails. Good luck

uwc miss. meanwhile Graduate certificate is an upgrade from B.SC in a systematic order. Postgraduate diploma/postgraduate certificate fall into the category of Graduate certificate. PGC(D) is more of acquiring practical/technical expertise in a particular field/area of study which in Canadian immigration system MUST be related to either you UG degree/work experience or even both if possible.Having a Maters degree from the U.K is a higher upgrade from bsc and pgc(d) and a VO may hardly be convinced on your ''purpose of visit'' which beyond reasonable doubt that even a S.O.P cannot do the magic when things are not humanly in order. opting for another masters in canada may solve this,preferably PHD admission would give you a perfect chance.

the VO may have refused you guys because he/she wants you both to establish more home ties with your home country. if you are going for PGC(D) after stating to the VO of your master program in the UK, coming back to Nigeria to re-apply afterwards will only solve the problem of ''immigration status of country of residence'' but i see it not solving the ''purpose of visit'' if you would be telling the VO you are going for a PGC in canada after obtaining masters degree in a 1st world country like the U.K which has equivalent advanced educational system with canada.

Erm its a graduate certificate in supply chain management though not postgraduate diploma and from my little research a Graduate certificate is like getting another BSc but based on a particular subject or field.And I chose this one because from my research online most pharmaceutical companies actually require such expertise. Perhaps the reason why they said purpose of visit was because I actually didn't attach a supporting letter stating my plans. I know very callous of me .

My problem now I have two degrees from the UK (Masters in Pharmacy and a Masters in business and management) However you know how the UK is now very xenophobic and difficult, if you aren't a citizen the struggle triples. So I decided to apply for an 8 month graduate certificate program in supply chain management and logistics in Canada, I got and admission into Seneca college for January 2017, I am currently still in the UK on my student visa which expires in January 2017 and decided to try my luck applying for a Canada study permit from here . I know very stupid of me but I'm sure you guessed as much I got a sweet REJECTION LOL
