Dantedasz:Are these type of TVs still in existence?? No pun intended bro. |
Yes. Music is a profession and career. If church administrator can be paid, why should people who studied so hard to become a professional musician/musicologist be denied. Carpenters and electricians do get paid by churches for the service they render, what made musicians/instrumentalists an exception. |

kelvin1191:Thumbs up for Ingco and Total. Their power tools surpassed my expectation. |
kelvin1191:Ok. Nice one! You may want to check out reputable power tool shops to get something good and reliable. I ouch not to do many of these toks power tools again. Many of them are either outdated or have been reworked and they start giving issues after purchase. |
slan87:Reviews are not enough. When someone go out to tag you a scammer, the herd mentality of a typical Naija man would make them allow their emotion and uncontrolled urge to cloud their reasoning and judgement. What is being addressed is not even coming from someone who have done business with the person being accused so how do you think a review will work in this case. ======= Unfortunately, things like this will always continue to thrive on a faceless and unregulated platform because there are no consequences for defamation of character/business. Imagine this is happening on a forum that have true identities of her users, I’m sure many of us will start self-regulating ourself. |
100FIX1:The art of being wise is knowing what to overlook. This is for those who want to have an intellectual engagement. I created my first alter ego account when I lost access to my company.com email which I used to create the Nairaland account. I had to open another account because I don’t have any means of recovering the password of the first account. I’ve tried reaching my webmaster to regain access to the domain - no luck. PS: If there’s anyone with information on how to recover Nairaland password without access to your old email account used to create the account should please kindly share with me. I opened my second alter ego account specifically for my business. There are some of us who want to keep a professional account for our business just to keep things clean and tidy. An alter ego account is a second identity or aspect of a person that exists metaphorically as their substitute or representative, with different characteristics. Someone who opened a Nairaland account in 2007 might decide to run for presidency in 2026 and create a new Nairaland account xyzmandate, does that make him a scammer? The illiterates of the 21st century can read and write and use Queens English to showcase their ignorance in the open forum. I don’t blame anyone. Nairaland is a great forum without good captain. |

kelvin1191:When you talk about concrete drill, are you looking for something that can drive screw into the wall? Or something that can break concrete? Any screwdriver with hammer drill can drill the concrete. Bosch have some good models. ————- Pic: Hammer Drill

IVORY2009:I’m selling as is. You can upgrade to whatever configuration you like. I’m not a computer vendor. |
It’s vicious cycle Even if I chose to give everyone here N1m each, one person that didn’t know me from adams but read as post about a transaction that happened in 2012 can come and launch attack on me. I wish this platform will allow us see the real names and true identities of the posters. _____________ It’s funny watching people who will remove shirt because of N3k advising vendors to thread carefully dealing with someone who sent hundreds of thousand to a person he does not know without seeing the product. Well, we are first Nigerians!
|
donbrowser:You don’t get it bro! Here’s how it works: Someone that I’ve done business with on this thread without issues. I even sent him payment upfront without seeing the good is already being boxed iinto corner and asked to thread carefully in dealing with me. It’s emotional blackmail! He won’t be able to come out openly to attest to my good deeds. Going through goldenheritage posts, I notice he’s an old member of the property section. He was aware of one person that I stood out for when he was under severe attack on Nairaland. If the same person get here, he’ll unleash hell. All because of what he heard people say about me. Will this stop me from giving my best to those who value me? No! _________ I’ve built my business to a level where I never had to worry about what people say about me. That’s why you’d never see me advertise my services anywhere. People who need me will always reach out to me! Trust me, many of them silently do! You’d be shocked at the number of contractors that I support silently on property section. Value is promoted by what we do, not what people talk about |

brownemmanuel43:Unfortunately, it’s not as easy as you think! We’ve been on this as far back as 2011 when someone put up a post about me because of a dirty toilet and wrong choice of paint. You may just need to walk a mile in other people’s shoe to understand why they chose to act the way they act. I’m not a difficult person and I’m very reasonable in my dealings. I only respect those who respect me and I don’t do internet validation. People have done EFCC, DSS, SARS, Army, Police and even magistrate court and I’ve been vindicated in all fronts. Here’s the thing though: I won’t be pressured to change my Nairaland user id because of the unending attacks on my person and business. All my Nairaland threads and dealings are still intact for anyone who wish to know more about me, my business dealings and even my private life. Everyone is free to chose what to believe. ___________ As we are here right now, nothing has happened to anyone and some people already had a formed opinion about others based on hearsay and emotional blackmail. This has nothing to do with me but everything to do with how we are raised and what the forum condone. ________ For now, I won’t be able to respond to anyone on this issue again. If you have anything against me, feel free to give me an invitation so that we can iron things out. Please don’t say I run away again o! I remain Brabus/N3xt of NextHome Desigb+Build |
Goldenheritage:Thank you. I appreciate the compliment bro! I don’t even know you. However, let’s not derail this thread. If you have anything against me, my contact details remain unchanged. |

princemillla:Good morning bro! Here’s a piece of advice I’ll give you bro: Never challenge someone from a place of ignorance You’re not the one holding brief here. We did business together and it was good. I’m enjoying the product you sold to me and I believe the money paid to you serve your need too. The urge for many people to chime in and express their views on subjects they know little to nothing about is all too easy. So when you see people fire off that snarky social media comments that add nothing to a valuable conversation than to damage relationships with the person or people we’re in dialogue with, you should understand where they’re coming from. Unfortunately, this can only make a good relationship turn into bad and even kill/maim/snuggle life out of people, relationships and their businesses. My decision to stay silent and be selectively online is personal. The forum is largely unmoderated and careless talks and jungle justice are the order of the day. When people don’t know, they speculate. “He ran away” “He paid N50k” “He’s broke” I’m still in talks with the person they’re holding brief for and we do our talks off social media because our mental health meant so much to us. Thanks bro! Please don’t sweat small stuffs. Have a great day! _____________ |
Goldenheritage:Smiles. The only illegitimate people I know are online trolls/bullies without known or traceable Identities that go about trolling/bullying people on faceless forums. My identities are known on all social platforms and leading property websites in Nigeria. My business and home address are out there for everyone to see. The property section is blessed with great people like you and other powerful people to fill up the space of those who ran away - na oja oyingbo. It does not know anyone is missing. My mental health means a lot to me. It’s nice e-meeting you! 🙏 |
Goldenheritage:Oh! I recently stumble on this beautiful thread while searching for a laptop and so far so good I've done 3 solid HP laptops, an iPhone and some other small gadgets from great guys here. My sincere apologies to you if transacting business with legitimate people on this thread hurt you in anyway. You should know I 'm not in the class of those who jump from threads to threads looking for business. Even on property section, I only share and dish out value on just one thread. I never knew nairaland is now designed for people trying to protect their territorial clan. That's fine! Wishing you all the best! I remain Brabus/N3xt of NextHome Design+Build. |
motta:Holy Father! 2007 I've lost the login details and access to the email address I used to create my 2007 account. That time nairaland was just a Bulletin board. We almost don't know what to do with it. |
