Exactly. But even for those that take it on a full stomach, it can still cause severe bleeding especially if they take it frequently for a long time, or if they have ulcer.
So taking it with full stomach is not foolproof.
Speaking from observed experience.

You sabi. But these people won't listen. Five days is even too long for me to take diclofenac. The fear of GI bleeding grin

All these online doctors. Someone said he shld take CATAFLAM. Diclofenac and cataflam is the same thing please. Op I understand your pain because i experience this pain too. Avoid eating with that side of your mouth and go back to see your dentist or try another dentist. #peace

That inferior material is peculiar to konga. I ordered a fitted top(what was advertised) size 8. Konga brought something two sizes bigger likewise a midi skirt I ordered, when it was delivered the material was soooooo thin! Kai. I told them to take the skirt back. Pay on delivery is the best as I can't shout
