After toiling from one church to another looking for where to serve God, fasting and praying for God to direct me to me where I will serve him, I have finally found, not just a church but a family. They have shown me love which no one or organization has ever done even my family. I am now a proud member of the CHURCH OF JESUS CHRIST OF LATTER DAY SAINT, I have learned the undiluted word of God. Am now fulfilled in life. Pls I want anybody on this forum whom I might have abuse or insulted in one way or the other to forgive me. I sincerely love u all |
oluwalfa:I don't really know but all I know is they are medical doctor. He said among the two, one of them was even brought up in nigeria and even had some of his education in nigeria why the other one has only his father as a nigeria. He mention their names but because he was not discussing with me, I have to keep my mouth shut hoping to ask him latter which I latter forgot. |

erico2k2:thanks my oga 4 ur understanding. Since our heavenly father can forgive us why can't us forgive each other ![]() |
erico2k2:they where imported sir. But some time if a client need a design or patterns that I don't have, I will rent from my friends. Installing stamped concrete in ur outer floor yard is a very good idea. It has a lot a advantages over interlocking, especially in term of adding value to ur property and in the aspect of hygiene, though a bit more expensive. I have told many engineers that even laying a waterproof before laying the interlocking will never stop weed on interlocking floor. This is because, 80% of the weeds that grows on interlocking floor are brought by wind. So stamped concrete is always the best. But stamp concrete has it own disadvantage like Cracking. To stop these future cracking, u must properly reinforce the floor before the installation. U need to properly sub base, sub grade, the floor, tie your iron mesh or iron rod properly, the mixture of your aggregate is also important especially the ratio of water to concrete. U also need to cure the concrete is any need and make sure the expansion joints are properly placed, and some secrete which I may not reveal here that are my competitive strength. |
EgunMogaji:ok thank sir. Also follow me beg fastshipping and all yerobas make them no vex ooo |
FastShipping:pls let forget the last and move ahead as mature men. Pls quote me if have forgiven. Let us not bring tribal issue here because my igbo brothers and housa men are here who will side me lol. Pls a don't mind me. U need to know me. I think am a fun and nice person to be with. But u sef u no de go churchoo, why u de carry something for mind |
Lol |
FastShipping:my oga I think we should not bring a tribal issues into this beautiful topic. That post was reply out of anger. Anybody can write what I wrote. I would have love u bring the topic here for everybody to see what a yeroba man wrote which everybody condemned but I don't want to derail the thread with tribal topic. In that post a yeroba man lie by posting a picture of a slaughtered man a claimed that igbos have started killing housa people in the east which every body condemned. Do u know that ur post can cause the death of innocent fellow citizens. Can u imagine what will happen if an housa brother hears that his brother is being killed in the east. Is that a that thread a sign of patriotism or where u the person that created that lie. Concerning your not given me work because of my reply to that post, i think am not regretting posting that. My only regret is that I generalized by calling the yerobas instead of focusing on that useless man, that that was out of anger. But think people should stop posting a thread that will bring problem this country. I want to say am sorry because I used the world yerobas in my post but if u are the person that created that thread, I owed u not apology ![]() FastShipping: |
EgunMogaji:my oga na work ooo lol. Good morning |
EgunMogaji:for residential building, 10 to 8cm is okay but must be properly reinforced |
EgunMogaji:average cost of installing a stamped concrete floor depending on ur location is 7k which include d cost of labour and materials(foreign and local materials). Below are the name of the materials FOREIGN MATERIAL: (1)Original Color hardener (2)Acrylic sealer (3) Release agent LOCAL MATERIAL: (1)Brown Portland cement (2)Granite stone (3)Sand (4)Iron rod or mesh (5)Binding wire (6)Iron bars (7)Hydrochloric acid ( Diamond cutting disc/blade. Feel free to chart me through whatsapp to see the pictures of some of the materials. Would have love to send them here but the network is bad |
EgunMogaji:ahh my oga u sabi better thing oo, it if called counter top |
EgunMogaji:...installing a decorative stamped concrete floor on your property is a good decision. But u have to be careful in other not to fall for cheap offer. Some people are using fake materials there by spoiling the reputable image of stamped concrete job in Nigeria. Some have gone to the extent of downloading and posting the pictures of another people job which I think is an act of pirating and is very bad and must be condemned in nairaland. If u must post a picture of another person's job, I thing u also should make it known to viewers. Below are do and don't in stamped concrete. (1)Use color hardener which is specially made fore stamped concrete alone, avoid the use of ordinary interlocking pigment which most nigerians use. (2) Use imported acrylic sealer for polishing, avoid the one Aba sealer. (3)Original release agent is the best, avoid the use of water sealant mixed with black cement. (4)Choose the right aggregate and slab thickness. The standard thickness of a stamped concrete job should be at least 10 to 8cm for drive way. Pls don't go below that. (5) Insist ur potential contractor must lay iron mesh or 8mm iron rod on the floor before pouring the mixed aggregate(concrete) and if u choose 8mm iron rod, it should be tied at most 1.5 square foot spaced. (6) Reinforce and sub-grade properly. (7)Don't ask for site sample alone because almost every body can offer a beautiful sample but will mess up the site when given the job., If u have time, tell ur potential contractor to take u to a site he has personally completed and when he take u to the site, ask people around the if the contractor actually did the job. I know what am talking about. Or if u don't have time, ask for a written quality assurance guarantee. Am not saying am saying am the best but will proudly say am among the few best. lol. ( Expansion joint is very important. Choose an expert to reduce ur financial and time cost of supervision. Inspect the originality of materials once it's brought into ur site, and again make sure the contractor brought the material into ur site sealed. Would have love to send the pictures of the original materials here but the network is very bad to upload the pic.
