The truth is that Nigeria CAN NEVER developed without unity.
Nigeria has many problems but the most deadliest is disunity and TRIBALISM.
From history I have never seen a family, organization, state or a nation achieve greatness without oneness in purpose.
Once of the greatest tool to destroy any organization is to disunite them. There power in unity.
In genesis chapter 11:1-9.
1 Now the whole earth had one language and
one speech. 2 And it came to pass, as they
journeyed from the east, that they found a plain
in the land of Shinar, and they dwelt there. 3
Then they said to one another, "Come, let us
make bricks and bake them thoroughly." They

Mark 3:4 Jesus made us to understand that any kingdom that is divided against itself, that kingdom
cannot stand.
These are secretes of development that is hidden from many from the foundation of earth. Nigeria may be different in many area but should be united in national issues like other great countries like America, Russia, China etc.
If we unite and shun tribalism, we can agree, disagree, and even criticize with one voice.
How can we develop when am even afraid of investing or doing business in some part of my country.
SOLUTION
We should learn to say the truth without minding who the truth will affect. We the youth that suppose to stand for the truth have joined partisan politic. We just hate each other not mainly because of what our brother did to us, but because of what our father told us about our brother. I plead Nigeria youth to please let us come together to build our future and a future for our children. Let us say the truth no matter who the truth will affect even if it take sacrificing the life of our deceitful parents to save our future and the future of our children. If we unite, we will accept or criticize together no matter your party or tribe. Let us put national interest first.
If we are united, we will praise and criticize Jonathan and Buhari in one voice without minding who it will affect because, truth will always affect somebody.
The truth is that there many injustices going on in Nigeria without some people speaking out. Boko haram is comfortable in Nigeria today is because our politician is taking advantage from it. People are killed every day and we politicize it because it is not directly affecting us. People vandalize government property and some people marry about it because its not directly affecting them.
The truth is that our parents have failed us. The have lied to us, they lack vision, they don't care about our future. Tribalism exist today because of the numerous lies the told us, our representative have failed us, the senate are not representing us, they are there for there selfish interest. They have made us to hate our brothers.
The truth is that we need to sit on a round table. We need to discuss our unity, we need to restructure our system of government, we need a president that will unite us,and not a tribal president. We need love in this country. Love brings unity, unity brings patriotism, and patriotism brings development

I base in Abuja, with my wife and a daughter. I am into landscaping business and a contractor. 80% of my contract comes from out side abuja but i have a flower garden and two laundry shop in Abuja. But because of all these problems here and there in this country I feel like relocating to East.
My questions are:
(1)Is it a wise decision?
(2)Considering the nature of my business and cost of living, which state should I go? Having the following place in mind: Enugu , Uyo, Cross river and ph.

Do know you can have your favorite vegetables and fruits, E.g fresh pumpkin leave, fresh water leave, fresh scent leave, fresh affang/ukazi leave, fresh uziza leave, fresh tomatoes, fresh pineapple, fresh mango etc all inside a small space in your compound.

NOTE: the reason I am posting all these is to educate people of stamped concete to avoid been dubbed by the bad people among us who uses fake substandard materials. Who are their to spoil the reputable image of stamped concrete job.
So having seen the materials, let's go to my site for the main work. But u have to be %. Thank
Below is the design my client in PH want so that is what we are going to give him.
As earlier said the design's name is royal ashley pattern. The main color is color 305, while the release is color 425. Will come back

The 6th material is called A-Z SUPER SEALER. It is manufactured by tex-crete the manufacturer of pave crete color. It does the same work with clear guard acrylic Sealer. The current price ranges from 70 to 90k per 20liers drum

for now it's still sealer. That is why stamped concrete is not for everybody.

Though there are many types and qualities of sealer in the market with price ranging from 25k per 20 liters to 150k. for a quality job the best sealer I know for now is clear guard(butterfield product made in us) which cost 150k per 20liters but it is very scarce, followed by tex-crete which cost like 80k now

There are two types of business.
(1)New innovative ventures
(2)Already existing ideas

The first is always risky and is always like gambling. To go into a business like that. u need more time unlike the already existing business to research, which I believe u may not have time as a banker and u may even end up lavishing the money before making up ur mind
The second types of business are business which people are already doing. It is alway less risky. Eg providing a basic need service.
MY ADVICE
(1)Go for the second type of business
(2)Every business is profitable, what matters most is ur managerial acumen,location, ur packaging and understanding and studying ur market segment.
(3)U may hardly get a good business idea FREE in nairaland. Nairalanders mostly give out their ideas free when the business is already saturated so u have to be careful to avoid been dubbed
(4) Am disappointed at u. As a banker, u should be in a better position to advice Nigerians. My advice for u is to meet with some of ur bank customers(Igbo guys) who have a fat account to help u with a business u can do.
(5) I have some ideas which I believe may be good. U can what'sapp me on 08135884401. But that should be in the night when am free from work because am always busy.

Yes this is the main man here(the 5th). The name is called CLEAR GUARD acrylic sealer. It is used for polishing the floor. It does not only polish, it cures the concrete. It is made and imported from USA. The current price is 150k per 18liters.

Welcome to the 4th materials. It is called RELEASE AGENT. The current price range from 40 to 50k per 20 liters bucket.
U have to be careful because some people instead of using this materials will use water sealant mixed with little black cement.

The 3rd material is called BUFFER COLOR HARDENER, it does the same work with the above materials but is smaller and more expensive. It is an american product and cost about 20k per bucket, though the materials are very scarce

The second one is call PAVE-CRETE color hardener, also imported. It is the same thing with Amacrete just that its a different manufacturer. The current price also ranges from 17 to 19k now
